I made a order on dec 18 using express shipping paying 14.99 for my order to come in early and fashion nova sends me a tracking number showing my order not going to arrive until Jan 4 smh so it defeated the purpose for me paying for expedited shipping because it’s arriving two weeks from the date purchase and I needed it in time for my birthday dec 27 that’s why I payed expedited shipping They also didn’t want to give me my money back only store credit. I’m never ordering from them again

I ordered 2 items to wear for Christmas and New Years on the 3rd of dec . It is now the 22nd of dec and I haven’t received anything ! I got an email on the 16th that I would get my clothes on the 17th but nothing has arrived . This has ruined my Christmas outfit now because Christmas is in 3 days and I have no time to spend $$ on a new outfit. This is ridiculous

I ordered 2 sweaters and 2 jackets for their Black Friday sale and I just received my order today 12/21 but wait the bag is opened and resealed with tape uh-oh it’s missing half my order.

bought two outfits from them about a year ago, If I knew this company was slaving people and paying immigrants NOTHING for a business that is successful. I would have not even dare opening the website. Sucios

If I could give 0 stars I would. They send you wrong sizes and low-quality clothes and when you ask for your money back, they don’t give it back by original form of payment. They strictly do store credit and you still have to pay for returns shipment. This is very silly.

Worst experience of my life. I placed an order on December 2nd for my Christmas and New Years outfits that were due to arrive on the 17th of December according to the UPS tracking number they gave me and the email that was sent on the 16th from fashion nova stating my order was arriving the next day. Come to find out when I track it they transferred it to USPS on the 17th now the package is lost and usps says they are due to receive it on the 27th!! Had I known they were going to cheap their way with my shipping and I wouldn’t be receiving my items on time I would have never ordered it. Had they been honest about their crappy customer service I would either expedited my shipping or not ordered at all. Such a fraud

Fashion Nova sucks - both their customer service and their clothing quality. I guess I shouldn't be surprised of this considering their main way of advertising is through influencers that will peddel anything for a quick buck. I live in Canada and every time I order I have to pay a ridiculous amount in duties and taxes (I've never paid this much from any other clothing website). The most recent time I ordered I selected the option to pay for duties and taxes NOW, so that they were included in my fashion Nova order so at delivery I don't have to pay anything. Well, I still got charged for duties and taxes by DHL (the shipping company) and when I contacted them, they informed me that the error was on Fashion Nova's end (what a shocker), they didn't properly communicate with the shipping company that I did already pay my duties and taxes. I contacted Fashion Nova on Facebook and their website with all the information they asked for, and I got an automated response asking for the information that I literally just gave them, and once I gave that information AGAIN, it's been 5 days and I still have not recieved a response. This is completely unacceptable that I had to pay 106$ CAD in duties and taxes on a 140$CAD order. And the cherry on top of this awful experience is that the jeans I ordered fit absolutely horribly, maybe that's not Fashion Nova's fault because all body types are different but considering how little they care about the consumer I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they falsely advertise the way their clothing looks and fits. Such a terrible experience, I'll absolutely never be ordering again. If anyone here lives in Canada, please just order from literally anywhere else. This company is such a mess, stay away.

By far one of the worst companies to deal with ever! I purchased a pair of boots with a block heel and went to wear them two days after delivery. Without even stepping foot outside my house the heel falls off of one of the boots. Yes just literally fell off. At 1:58 am eastern time (when I returned home that evening) I sent them an email letting them know what happened and attached pictures to the email. It is beyond my realm of understanding how they repeatedly denied giving me any type of credit for this. They clearly do not stand behind their products and customer service is something that is not a top priority for this company. I mean the heel fell off the shoe for goodness sake!! Stay away from this company at all costs.

One word terrible do you not order anything from fashion nova! Of course they only put the good reviews for you to view at first so you don’t see the bad reviews. I’ve never in my life ordered anything online cause I’m afraid of getting the wrong size. I went ahead and ordered the size I always wear their sizes were not true to their size they fit everywhere except for the Waste is already two sizes too small. They should put their sizes or not for everyone shape they only cater to a certain body type and of course it’s not mine. They took forever to email me back by the time they did I’m not able to ship the stuff back are you serious so what I’m stuck with all this stuff now. Horrible horrible customer service and the way they do things I do not recommend anybody shopping from there

I am very disappointed with fashion nova. I spent a good amount of money there and their sizes were not true to size. I got a size 3 but was more like a size 0. Pants fit everywhere but the waste was xtra small. So now I need to ship them all back and get bigger sizes and I didn’t know how so I emailed And by the time they got back to me they said I had 30 days to return it and the 30 days was up the next day. Now what I have all these clothes and I can’t even exchange for an accurate size or for something else. Maybe the pants that they sell or not for everyone shape but I would at least like to exchange it for something I could wear. I would never shop there again and I would not recommend to anyone it’s a pain in the butt to try to return something once you got it

I returned a dress back in October. I was told I cannot get a refund, but that they will issue a store credit for me to use. It is now, December and I am still waiting. I called them this morning and was told I should be getting an email 2-3 hours after I hang up. It has been over 4 hours and still no store credit. I will never order from them again.

After waiting for my order for more than 2weeks, I get an email that my order has been delivered. Guess what, there's no order😥😥. I am so disappointed since I was really looking forward to wear one of the outfits this weekend and the other on Christmas eve. I emailed them my complain but nobody has reached out to me and it's been 4days😨

Fashion Nova is by far one of the shittest places to order from giving you the heads up. They steal your money, you don’t get your items for at least three weeks when they say it will be 2 to 3 days. They do not give refunds only store credit. Do not purchase from them you can’t even contact customer service and if you do find the number for customer service good luck because you’ll be waiting two hours on hold for a representative and if you email them as I did three times in regards to my order I still haven’t gotten a response so don’t hold your breath waiting for them to email you back in regards to anything to do with your order but they can send you coupons to your email every day. Good luck to anyone that orders from this company they are horrible WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Poor communication & very slow with processing, shipping & refunds. I ordered 3 items on the 29th of November & on December 6, they said all of the items didnt ship & I would get a separate email stating which items. Still waiting for that refund. On the 11th I took a chance & tried to purchase 1 of the items I previously tried to order, only to find out today it was cancelled because it's out of stock. It takes awhile to get a response whether from email or phone & you get a generic response like holiday times & well, sometimes refunds take longer. I understand it's the holidays, but that's no excuse for poor communication & inefficient practices. Everyone else that I've ordered from is also dealing with the same business of the holidays, but I have never had any of the issues I've experienced with this company. Frankly, there's no excuse & the systems in place need improvement. They always offer a coupon after a mishap, but who wants to deal with a company that fails to communicate, doesn't ship on time, always out of stock & is slow with processing & refunds. There are far more online companies to choose from that do not produce this much of a hassle & are way better at communucating, so never again...

If I could give a zero I would!!!! I don’t know if it’s because of the lawsuit against them or if it’s just the holidays. But I placed an order on December 5 and got an email confirmation. Days went by and I never got an email showing my ordered shipped like I normally do. Finally I emailed them 3times each time no reply. I called and stayed on hold to talk to someone, the phone mysteriously hung up on me. Then I get an email today stating they have refunded my money but with no explanation as to why this was done!!! Very unprofessional!!! Don’t order from them. Hot Miami Styles is my go to place from now on!!!!!!!!!!! Get it together Fashion Nova. Money isn’t everything stop being greedy!! Then I wouldn’t have bad luck. Good day
