Ordered a dress during their cyber Monday sale on December 4th. Received no updates for over a week so i emailed them. Received no response for three days so I emailed again. Received two automated messages “apologizing for Long response time and we hope your issue was resolved”. I responded back requesting my order status and an ETA And received a refund on December 15th with no explanation and the dress was still available online. At least I received a refund, but it was a complete waste of time and poor customer service. On top of that, a NYT article just came out about how Fashion Nova is literally creating clothes with sweatshops in LA. Never spending a dime here again.

I gave them an 1-star; however, I’d rather given them a “0” star. I ordered clothing from them on Cyber Monday as Christmas gifts. Everything fit my son except 1-pair of pants. I just called their Customer Service and asked if I could EXCHANGE the pants for a smaller size. I didn’t want my money back, only a size that’ll fit my son. I would pay the shipping fee on the return and for them to be sent to my house. Again, I was told that under no circumstances could I exchange the pants. But check this out, I was told that I could “Repurchase” the jeans in a smaller size. So, I will “NEVER” purchase clothes from them again.

On December 4th I placed an order of 5 lovely dresses for my nieces Christmas present. I didn’t have my debit card with me so I used Apple Pay. Immediately after I realized my Apple Pay had my old shipping address.(I hadn’t used Apple Pay in a while) I think to myself no problem, customer service should be able to fix this in no time so I email them immediately. I receive the automated response and then 3 days later I receive a copy and paste response stating that fashion nova cannot make any changes to the shipping address and that I would need to get in contact with Ontrac but also that I would have to wait until my order shipped out to do so. On December 12 I received an email stating my order had been shipped and was arriving the next day. I submitted 2 requests to ontrac within 2 consecutive days and both times there was a generated response that they needed to get approval from the sender. I call fashion nova customer support and after 32 minutes I get a real person. I explain to her that I need them to give approval to Ontrac to change my shipping address. She wasn’t really understanding my situation and asked me to hold a total of 4 times. She finally told me that all she could do was send me an email stating that they approve the shipping address change but won’t be paying any additional fees, which is fine because I would be more than happy to pay to actually receive my package. Now having this email, I call Ontrac. I waited 49 minutes and then decided to hang up. Next day, my package was delivered to my old address. I email fashion nova and get a automated response. I tell them I did not receive my package and I just want what I paid for since I tried very hard to fix the issue the minute it happened. It’s been 3 different emails where I receive automated responses that don’t have anything to with my situation. My last email to them was along the lines of I just really want the items I paid for and I need someone to email me without using copy and paste. 5 days later I have received nothing. It is December 28th.

I ordered a few items and the cut were off I wear a medium, some were too big and some too small. So I want to return them and they're telling me my items are not eligible for a return, what the hell what am I supposed to do with clothes that can't fit. Fashion nova I'm disappointed I want my money back.

It should not take almost a month to get a store credit..Got an email on December 13 th that i was getting the credit with in 72 hours. Todays date is December 27th. How long is 72hrs?

I'd give it a no star but it wont let me. Let's start by saying that the return address for these items are nowhere to be found! No contact phone number for these tools, and you can only get a store credit. I threw my entire purchase in the garbage! I learned a lesson. Dont buy from fake fraudulent company's like fashion nova!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! I had ordered a dress during Black Friday sales, they send the wrong size, and instead of sending me the correct dress with the size I ordered, they just send me store credit and the dress had already gone back to the original price. They don't answer calls and email back in a week. The dress looked good quality but it was NOT MY SIZE!!! It is ridiculous.

So I went on their website to order items and when I got to the payment area I backed out and decided to buy the items on quad pay. Well what I didn’t know is that it still charged me from the website for the same items which cost me over $100. I called customer service and they are only offering store credit but told me I should refuse the package. I don’t want store credit when I spent double what I meant to spend all because of technology. I never hit the place the order button but it still charged me. I want my $100 back in full because I don’t want the items twice. They are stealing our money saying they only give back store credit. Companies that do that are only worried about one thing and it’s their pockets not their customers!

They shipped me a damaged pair of jeans in which the zipper was broken on arrival. Due to the holidays, I was not home to open the package right away. They would not return due to it being past 2 business days of arrival. This is poor customer service especially since I had order numerous items from them.

Order from them tons of times.. yes many clothes are low quality and yes they do send wrong sizes. But this holiday I ordered a lot on Black Friday never received my items. I went ahead and disputed with my credit card company and the same day the post it as delivered except that it wasn’t!!! Terrible, straight robbery!!!

I made an order December 3, my order was suppose to arrive December 13 and the tracking is not working. I’ve emailed over a dozen times and they don’t even read my email they give a generic email back about there company return policy. How can I return an item I have not received?!? The worse company ever I will NEVER order from this site again.

Stop 🛑 does order, before u order stop and think. Bad customer experience! One time I received damages. The second time I didn’t receive and I was told it’s lost. I asked to return the money back they refused.. very sad. Stop 🛑 do not order from fashion nova!

This shipping is absolutely horrible. I ordered this on the freaking 10th. It said I will receive it on Christmas Eve. I received no updates throughout the time it was shipped until today (when it was supposed to be delivered). I have not received it and the date it will be delivered is now the 26th. I promise I will never order from this website again, nor will I allow anyone I know to. This is ridiculous, these are Christmas presents and now they are going to be here 16 days after I ordered them. I know it's not UPS either because I have been ordering other things for Christmas and have received them in a reasonable timeframe. I'm sure the clothes will be shitty if I ever even receive them. So unorganized and so horrible.

If I was able to rate them no stars I would. I ordered over $250.00 of clothes and never received anything. I ordered on 11/30/19, and it is now 12/23/19. They state OnTrac delivered items, but they never did. Filed a claim with OnTrac and FashionNova, and no one answers, no help. These were Christmas presents, and I will not be able to give them away. Will NEVER order from FashionNova again. I am now dealing with my bank to have charges reversed.

If I was able to rate them no stars I would. I ordered over $300 of clothes and have no received anything it’s been over 2 weeks past my delivery date. I emailed them and they’re responds was that my order had been delivered. It was never delivered I was home all day the day it was “delivered” I never received anything. I tried reaching out to them several times and haven’t got a response since them. Never ordering from fashion nova again.

Unfortunately I have to say that I must have got the cheapest MADE IN CHINA version of a couple of dresses I ordered as none of the pictures or reviews read match the dresses I received. The colour of product “Grow with the flow tropical” is so much darker, it looks like a brown, black and very dark purple. The strips do not align, they are side ways and the L size is more like an XXL. Plus, there is a defect in one of the bust sides that leaves extra fabric sticking out, not talking about the poor finishing with countless strings hanging everywhere. It’s is so disappointing!!! I had ordered to wear at a wedding but won’t even dare to wear at home, it’s awful!!!! The other dress I ordered was the “More than enough tropical dress”. It’s also very bad and defective. The left strap is way longer than the right one and the right strap is poorly finished and came with a little hole on it. Plus the dress is totally see through on the breasts, leaving the nipples exposed. The picture does show see through on the legs but not on the upper body. And the L size is more like and XXL. It looks worse than a potato sac. Both dresses are going straight in the bin as I won’t waste any money trying to fix them and also refuse to go through the hassle of returning all the way from Australia to California even though postage only came from Sydney. I’d not risk to get a store credit only to get disappointed again. HUGE fail Fashion Nova! HUGE fail!!!!! Not sure if I’d buy fashion nova again even though some items are ok and don’t disappoint but will be very careful when choosing them if I do! Especially knowing that isn’t any customer care and your emails get ignored!!! YOUR products are faulty!!!! At least have some respect for your customers and act in good faith. Don’t rip people off!!! GRRRRRRRR!!!!!

I ordered jeans and a sweater. The sweater came to me with a hole and the jeans they sent were the wrong size. Not what I ordered. I have sent multiple emails and it has been 2 weeks and no response. Will never order again.
