“DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA!!!! THE QUALITY IS TRASH AND THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS EVER. YOU GET STORE CREDIT ONLY AND THIS IS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE EXCEPT UNDER THE RETURN POLICY....WHEN IT'S TOO LATE! IF THEY HAD CONFIDENCE IN THEIR PRODUCTS THEY WOULD PROVIDE REFUNDS. GO TO NORDSTROM INSTEAD!!!!”

“At first I love fashion over and loved every purchase I made until this recent one. Ordered an item that didn't fit properly so I sent it back. The first issue I have is that they don't do refunds or exchanges you just have to wait forever for them to receive the item back and issue a store credit. But then when I received my store credit it was half of what I paid for the item. I read the policy about something being taken off if it's sitting back late but I sent it back within the time frame. I guess I got penalized according to how long it took them to receive it not the date that I shipped it out. Therefore it was originally an $89 dress that I had a coupon for that I paid $57 but I only received $27 on store credit.”

“Honestly, I am going to just shop on the hundreds of other sites that I can find same/similar styles because their customer service is horrible! I paid extra money for an item with their ‘NYE order by Sunday night guarantee delivery on 31st” Did not get it on time which is understandable but they can’t even refund the extra shipping cost!! or return for a full refund! HORRIBLE Customer service and satisfied clients is clearly not a priority for this company. Might be a hot website now but overall livelihood of a corporation with horrible customer service is not very long!! Good luck 👍🏻”

“Do not buy from them I purchased an item from them with my credit card online. A few weeks later I got a fraud alert from my bank saying there was an attempt to purchase $600 worth of clothing from fashion nova! luckily the bank realized it was suspicious activity and blocked my card for me ASAP. Coincidence?? I have NEVER been a victim of credit card fraud until after I purchased something from fashion nova. SCAMMERS”

“This company is nothing but a fraud. I placed one order that I had to return. I received an E-Gift Card about 1 month later. The mailing system they use is snail mail and takes forever to get back to them and when it does you wait even longer for your refund. Today I decided to place an order with my E-Gift Card. They do not make it easy and I think they do that on purpose. My E-Gift Card did not get taken off my order and my credit card was charged the full amount. I emailed and called them only to be told once an order is placed you cannot alter the payment or cancel it. This is complete BULL. I have NEVER heard of such POOR customer service. The response I got was if I didn't want the order I could return it for another credit. I already have a damn credit that they didn't take off. Why would I possibly want another one that I KNOW they wouldn't take off. I called my credit card company to issue it as fraud because technically it is. It was fraudulent to be charged 34.98 when it should have only been 6.99. You can't tell me they cannot fix that. Any other store will do price adjustments. They need to be stopped!!!”

“ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Their material is of the cheapest quality. I ordered some items and only half my order arrived without an email explaining what happened to the rest. They responded literally a month later saying they were out of stock and gave me store credit instead of putting the money back on my card. They refused to do so. MONEY HUNGRY COMPNAY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Do not allow instagrammers who get paid to wear their clothes fool you.”

“Regarding my order not received. After I contact Fashion nova customer service with multiple emails to resolve the issue. I got no help. So they made me go to open a dispute with my financial institution. unprofessional customer service. Not recommended”

“they are horrible. Their cloths are so cheaply made and they make you pay for returns and they only will give you a store credit. Do not order from them. You would get better quality at Walmart.”

“Terrible! I made an order on December 2, 2019 and have still not received my package. When I emailed I was told they cannot locate my package. I sent all necessary information that they requested and I'm still getting the run around... No one has emailed me back to say what's going on with my package. I need my wedding dress! I am never shopping on this site again.”

“Horrible!!!! Sent my return (and had to pay for it???) on 12/8/19 ... currently on hold with customer service on 1/7/20 waiting on a refund which by the way will not go back on my credit card but instead be store credit so I can buy more of their shitty synthetic clothes. Garbage!!!!!! Stay away”

“**DON’T FALL FOR THE HYPE WITH THIS COMPANY Worst customer service/return policy I’ve ever seen!! First off only a small percent of there items are actually “returnable” but you won’t get your money back for those either because they ONLY provide store credit. Don’t buy from this company as I will not again! If you like online shopping I suggest switching to a company like prettylittlething.com as they really do offer returns, they will refund you YOUR money, and the cost of a return shipment is half of what fashion nova charges you!! This company is really just screwing people out of their HARD EARNED MONEY!!”

“I used discount code upon purchasing. Once I confirmed the right total, selected pay and waited for payment to be processed I still was able to see the correct total with discount code applied. As soon as processing was done I see on the confirmation page that I was charged the original price! Got back some generic response that had nothing to do with their clear error in an email, saying “good thing you can still use your coupon for another order”. What?! Smh.. I also called and got the same response, then got hung up on because I asked to speak to a supervisor. Got charged $116 when I selected pay on a $66 total. I swear they treat you like one of those telemarketing scams! I called my credit card to dispute. Thank GOD for Discover!”

“I can't explained how much i love fashion nova before but now I no longer wanna buy from em. It is always good in the beginning then later this company become worst and worst every single time I order. I guess this company doesn't care about their customer as long as they get their money. They won't let you have a full refund either only E gift card, which I don't like because I won't be buying anything from this company any longer. FASHION NOVA should be cancel this 2020. “WARNING...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company is a horrible, a fraud thats so bad the only way for them to build revenue is to not allow returns for a refund of your money. They ONLY allow a credit for the purchase price of your merchandise. Also, you pay for return shipping. Please note they use models that they perfect the clothing on for advertisement only. You get trash. Please do not buy from them. They need to be put out of business. They are so bad that they delete negative reviews. I will be reporting them to the BBB. So, they can delete the review but they can't delete from the BBB records. Do Not purchase anything from Fahionnova. If I could give them no star I would”
