“Lies about the discounts they advertise! They didn’t give me the 40% discount!!”

“BUYER BEWARE! They stole my money and never responded in a timely manner. I contacted them on multiple occasions and I was always given a generic response. I tried to make a return and their website failed, and they didn’t return my request for help for three days, and I never got the money back I paid to return an item I couldn’t return anymore. Never buying from them again. It’s a shame too. Their clothes are cute.”

“I ordered a shirt for my wife and had to download an app just to track it. After 3 weeks it left China and I got it 5 days ago. It’s not even the shirt I ordered. I have be sending emails and replying to emails every day to try and get the right shirt. I have sent them the information over and over and over that they have requested and still nothing. I guess you live and learn. My wife was really looking forward to the shirt I ordered.”

“Items aren't bad, they have some cool things, with some good discount codes. BUT, their shipping is TERRIBLE. I ordered a bathing suit on the 9th of January. Shipping is supposed to be 5-7 days International, as it comes from the US and I live in Canada. It was supposed to get here on the 24th, and now they just updated it on the 24th to delivery on 28th. I leave for a week vacation where I need this bathing suit on the 30th. This is the second time they have taken this long to send me something. Terrible. 19 days! it's not coming from China!”

“If you are thinking about trying it and hoping for the best... Just don't!!! I figured, ah, it's cheap couldn't hurt to try... They sent me USED lingerie. SO GROSS!!!!!!!! Not worth it!!”

“I’m so annoyed first all they put plastic girls on every clothes they have to make it look good on them but when u get it it’s different then there picture second it’s hard too return and all the store have slut clothing and nothing like they do online I order my size and they don’t have it so they think sending me a size way smaller is not going too be noticeable instead of calling or emailing me letting me know my size isn’t available you can never get a hold of anyone either and there too pricy”

“I spent $112 on a dress. Delivery time said 1 week. I received an email that delivery will be next day. No track n trace nr, only a trace button to redirect you to a page that says unable to retrieve information. 2 wks later... no dress, no reply from customer service: email, fb nor insta and no money back. Total rip off. I cannot call their nr outside US. Never again!!!! Total rip off, seriously.”

“Horrible company, with even worse customer service. I had ordered two pairs of jeans back in September, and two weeks later I received an email notification saying that it delivered. When I got home to check, there was neither a package nor a delivery slip. I contact the company who says that they sent the item to the wrong company and I had to wait for it to ship back to their store to be issued my refund. I waited 3 months, continuously writing to them asking for updates, and finally they send me a "gift code" rather than my refund. I even tried using the gift code and it came back as "Invalid". This company is a scam. If this happens to you, send them a Notice of Cancellation of a Sales Agreement and they will be legally required to refund you.”

“I have paid over 348 on fashion nova clothing. This happens on black Friday. I got the package 1 day before going on vacation. The clothing are made from cheap materials. The next i have return it back ended paying $54 dollar back. Remind you I'm going on vacation. I have called email them no response. I try my bank to get my money back dead ends. Yesterday i took the day off so i can get some of my money back. No luck After a while of being tired of calling,finally get a response: They told me i can not exchanged the items. How the F you mean when i purchased the items you did not said Final sale. This is false advertising fashion nova So my hard working $348 gone!!!!”

“CHEAP QUALITY! Everything is marked up to a high price without delivering in quality. Everything I've bought from them is see through, or it ripped immediately, discolors after 1 wash, or all the buttons fall off! It's absolutely unbelievable. I've spent hundreds of dollars and have no clothes to prove it because they're all garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA!”

“FIRST TIME ORDERING ON LINE. I PUT IN THE WRONG SIZE OF THE JEANS I WANTED. I CALLLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SWITCH THE SIZE WITH IN 5 MINUTES. AND WAS TOLD ONLY THING THEY COULD DO FOR ME WAS TO REORDER THE SAME ORDER THEN CALL BACK AND THEY WOULD CANCEL OUT ORDER. HOW STUPID IS THAT AND WHO HAS TIME TO SIT ON COMPUTER AND PHONE TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WOULD WANT A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER TO BE PLEASED AND COME BACK AND ORDER AGAIN AND TELL PEOPLE ABOUT WEBSITE. NOW I WILL NEVER RETURN AS A CUSTOMER I WILL CANCEL MY ORDER. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. REMEMBER CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND SHOULD BE HELPED WHEN NEED. “My first order was ok second n third was messed up they delivered my item to the wrong address which is strange coz from my history n acct its showing the correct address n then before i checked out is the same but the thing is they wont refund me even it wasnt my fault they gave me a store credit which they did fir the second purchase i did now it happened again if i keep orderind with them n they wont do anything about shipping whats gonna happened to my money it will keep filling up plus i paid for the shipping n i lost it us consumer has to compromise with a big company like them money is hard to earn now a days the only thing it upset me so much is you loose your trust to them they have your money n the item n plus theres no guarantee if your still getting both with my own situation so frustrating”

“I have had a history with problems with fashion nova shipping. I've ordered pants and they sent the wrong item. I called and they had me send pictures and then they redid my order. AGAIN, wrong item was shipped. I didn't want my money back because I wanted the item I originally ordered. Without informing me, they just refunded my money. I tried to give them another chance and again same thing. I am done with FN.”

“I dont usually shop here. Very overrated and "hyped" online store. I however made my first purchase not too long ago and got 2 dresses. One had a jeweled neck choker which began to fall off before I left the house in the dress. I'm not even a fan of spending more than about $10 on a dress, so to finally purchase from them and have my item fall apart before even wearing it was disappointing but somehow I expected nothing more.”

“Do not waste not one dollar at this store. They have the worst customer service and the worst products. I have had to make as many returns as I make purchases. All of their sizing is random. I made a mistake on clicking the incorrect info on the "easy returns portal" I clicked to send it through my own carrier instead of paying for the label online, big mistake because when I called customer service to try to get a label no one could figure out how to get one for me and I was offering to pay for it of course, so I decided just to go to my post office and they where trying to charge me triple the amount, so now it's about the principle. It's not fair I have to pay the price of one of the garments I purchased because they have a faulty system. I then asked customer service if they could just cancel my return and they basically said they could not cancel and that the return would be pending for up to 3 months until it automatically falls off. They're not a small mom and pop shop. They should have better customer service and better systems.”
