CHEAP QUALITY! Everything is marked up to a high price without delivering in quality. Everything I've bought from them is see through, or it ripped immediately, discolors after 1 wash, or all the buttons fall off! It's absolutely unbelievable. I've spent hundreds of dollars and have no clothes to prove it because they're all garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA!

Scam company! They won’t do returns and instead of just saying “no returns” they scam you out of more money for a fake return label so you lose even more money! These people need to be sued and shut town! Unethical and fraudulent business practices!

FIRST TIME ORDERING ON LINE. I PUT IN THE WRONG SIZE OF THE JEANS I WANTED. I CALLLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SWITCH THE SIZE WITH IN 5 MINUTES. AND WAS TOLD ONLY THING THEY COULD DO FOR ME WAS TO REORDER THE SAME ORDER THEN CALL BACK AND THEY WOULD CANCEL OUT ORDER. HOW STUPID IS THAT AND WHO HAS TIME TO SIT ON COMPUTER AND PHONE TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WOULD WANT A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER TO BE PLEASED AND COME BACK AND ORDER AGAIN AND TELL PEOPLE ABOUT WEBSITE. NOW I WILL NEVER RETURN AS A CUSTOMER I WILL CANCEL MY ORDER. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. REMEMBER CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND SHOULD BE HELPED WHEN NEED. My first order was ok second n third was messed up they delivered my item to the wrong address which is strange coz from my history n acct its showing the correct address n then before i checked out is the same but the thing is they wont refund me even it wasnt my fault they gave me a store credit which they did fir the second purchase i did now it happened again if i keep orderind with them n they wont do anything about shipping whats gonna happened to my money it will keep filling up plus i paid for the shipping n i lost it us consumer has to compromise with a big company like them money is hard to earn now a days the only thing it upset me so much is you loose your trust to them they have your money n the item n plus theres no guarantee if your still getting both with my own situation so frustrating

I have had a history with problems with fashion nova shipping. I've ordered pants and they sent the wrong item. I called and they had me send pictures and then they redid my order. AGAIN, wrong item was shipped. I didn't want my money back because I wanted the item I originally ordered. Without informing me, they just refunded my money. I tried to give them another chance and again same thing. I am done with FN.

Will never shop with fashion Nova again!!!! Worst company ever,!!!! Policies are ridiculous, something happened and I don't know what, a order went through to my card that I was not ready to place and they refuse to fix it!!!!

I dont usually shop here. Very overrated and "hyped" online store. I however made my first purchase not too long ago and got 2 dresses. One had a jeweled neck choker which began to fall off before I left the house in the dress. I'm not even a fan of spending more than about $10 on a dress, so to finally purchase from them and have my item fall apart before even wearing it was disappointing but somehow I expected nothing more.

Do not waste not one dollar at this store. They have the worst customer service and the worst products. I have had to make as many returns as I make purchases. All of their sizing is random. I made a mistake on clicking the incorrect info on the "easy returns portal" I clicked to send it through my own carrier instead of paying for the label online, big mistake because when I called customer service to try to get a label no one could figure out how to get one for me and I was offering to pay for it of course, so I decided just to go to my post office and they where trying to charge me triple the amount, so now it's about the principle. It's not fair I have to pay the price of one of the garments I purchased because they have a faulty system. I then asked customer service if they could just cancel my return and they basically said they could not cancel and that the return would be pending for up to 3 months until it automatically falls off. They're not a small mom and pop shop. They should have better customer service and better systems.

Really bad experience being a first time buyer. They dont warn you of the sale items. Apparently there are NO RETURNS on sale items. They should warn you before checking out and purchasing what am I suppose to do with cloths that doesnt fit me, even though i got allllll the items the same size!!!! When trying to reach out to them it's like the people responding are reading scripts and tell you the same thing and NOTHING get resolved. No money back and you stay stuck with cloths that doesnt fit you. NEVER buying again!!!!

Save yourself the money and disappointment and shop elsewhere. TRUST ME, it's not worth it! I've given them multiple tries, but I've had issues with every single order. 1. Customer service is horrible. You get a different person each time they reply to your email and almost all of them will give you a copy/paste response from the FAQ page without reading your message 2. I received defective products and they only gave me store credit, without refunding me tax or shipping, even when it's their fault! 3. There's extreme variations in sizes between products (they don't display the actual product reviews on their site, only review "stars") 4. They gave me the wrong store credit amount for my return and customer service would not help me. Again, I think most may be bots? Note: there's no phone # or chat box feature....even more shady 5. Bad quality! Not worth the price tag at all and not what you expect Please don't support this company! They make it extremely difficult to do returns and impossible talk to an actual person from the company to resolve issues. All of their money clearly just goes to paying influencers and not caring about their actual customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION NOVA!!!! THE QUALITY IS TRASH AND THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS EVER. YOU GET STORE CREDIT ONLY AND THIS IS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE EXCEPT UNDER THE RETURN POLICY....WHEN IT'S TOO LATE! IF THEY HAD CONFIDENCE IN THEIR PRODUCTS THEY WOULD PROVIDE REFUNDS. GO TO NORDSTROM INSTEAD!!!! They have the worst customer service they have no manners and don’t know how to treat their customers .. they are very rude.

If I could give it -10 I would. I purchased christmas gifts, 2 of which were faulty. As I came to know of these after the person opened them, (which was outside of their 7 day faulty notification policy), they refused to return them. I asked that surely for Christmas period the policies would differ. I purchased alot of gifts from them and didn't open the packaging assuming all items were of good quality. Another item was too big and when asked to confirm if I would receive a full refund (in the form of a gift card), the team kept sending me generic emails that they have a 30day policy for returns, although for christmas they had an extended 45days return policy. I have reported them to consumer affairs. DO NOT BUY!! . go elsewhere.

First: their sizing is not accurate. Everything is all over the map and nothing is consistent. Some things I am a large and some things I am plus size, and you never know until the items come to your door. Second: their return policy is a joke. I returned my item within the 30 days of delivery, paid for my shipping back with a tracking number and after over a month of my items being delivered to them, I have received no refund, no contact, nothing. I have sent in several emails with no response. Terrible service and customer service. Third: Fashionnova has recently decided to charge duties to Canada customers. They have never done that before in my year of ordering up until December. The duties are insane!!! So not worth it if you are International. Overall terrible experiences with no assistance from customer service. Once they take your money, it's gone forever.

My order was never delivered to me!!! I got the email saying it was delivered but it was not because I was home all day that day! I been emailing a representative from fashion nova but has not been any help. I do not want a credit nor do I want discounts , I WANT my money back please! I ordered for cyber Monday or Black Friday , one of those special deals and did not get anything ! I’m very upset with fashion nova. Would not recommend to anyone because if this.

My daughter placed an order almost two months ago, had the correct billing and shipping address. Fashionnova took her Christmas money sent the package to the wrong address. UPS denied the claim and fashionnova never reimbursed her order or the amount like the supervisor said he they would. Sad that such a company can take from a teenager with no explanation than the customer service rep literally raised his voice saying there is nothing they can do.

Ordered 2 pair of the sane jeans. Same size, just a different color. One pair did not fit. Upon contacting them, i can not get a refund, exchange, or store credit. This is obviously a manufacturing issue and something beyond my control. I WILL NOT be purchasing from this site again!!!! I'm out if money and stuck with a pair of jeans that don't fit.

Omgggggg, A nightmare. If you order something. Make sure it fits or your return will be a nightmare. Horrific customer service. No refunds even if its not your fault for wrong item shipped to you. You will not get exchanges either. Only store credit. And lets nit even speak if how long that process takes. The cheap prices is not worth the nightmare. Items are also a hit or miss. Some quality ok but others are cheaply made n horrible materials. Shoes are always off with sizing. Don't do it Worst ever!!!

it is absolutely ridiculous i had made two purchase returned one and they took for ever to give me the credit since they don't do refunds i sent a thousand emails and had to wait days for a response. when i finally get i placed another order paid extra to get it earlier and they put the wrong weight and ups was unable to deliver the package till the store fixes their mistake this is horrible customer service and there no phone number to speak to someone. Never again. even though they have cute stuff they are veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy unreliable. shame on you guys

I bought 2 items that said return was ineligible. This was not stated anywhere. The woman at the post office knew the address hy heart and said so many people return the merchandise and you don't get a refund, only store credit
