“Ok everyone I’m posting this HORRIBLE experience I had with Fashion Nova!!! I just bought this jumper and wore it this weekend!! I had NO CLUE that there was a HOLE IN THE BUTT!! At this point my husband and I were already out on our date which we were 45mins from home! There was no turning back at this point.. so yes I had to deal with the embarrassment of HAVING A BIG HOLE ON MY BUTT!! I decided to email FashionNova because I figured they would want to make things right 😡😡 since I’ve shopped with them many times before and I this same experience before but didn’t make a big deal of it because I caught it while I was still at home! But unfortunately they Do NOT CARE ABOUT customers feed back or experiences! I’m seriously soo upset with them AND WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!! 💕BE FORWORN!! Fashion Nova is horrible!!”

“Exactly, what happened to the review bellow attached is what happened to me... This company is fraudulent and false advertisement!!! You are better off going to FOREVER21 and other chains where you can walk into their store and return items if need be... My experience was I ordered a few items and they were all out of stock, instead of refunding my money its put on a online gift card! I used MY MONEY they put on the gift card for a different order and that was all of a sudden out of stock after I ordered it... WELP... They took 1 month switching the delivery dates and it NEVER ARRIVED!!!! NONE OF MY ITEMS ARRIVED as fashion nova exclaimed... The customer service Representative was far from informative and sounded like she needed a hug!! It's simple don't mislead your perspective customers who shop on your site with good intention of spending their hard earned money, when we could go someplace else. I hope this is a learning experience for you, do better in the future. Alexandra Y. “Ordered over $200 of stuff, was supposed to be delivered on the 4, then it said on the 11, now it’s telling me on the 14, so I called today about my order and they said it was delivered on the 4. This is ridiculous, if I don’t get my order or at least my money back, I’m sueing for robbery. This site should be more serious about their customer’s orders not how to make the website and their pictures look better!!””

“I purchased an exspensive dress and the stitching has come undone, clearly poor stitching to come undone as I have not even had the dress for a month, and the fact that I have only wore this dress once. When I tried to get a exchanged of a new dress they told me that I need to report the damaged with in 7 days, but I could not report this as it was not damaged to begin with.”

“I've bought through them multiple times. This one time I bought 2 of the same body suit, yet they came in made with different type of material. Bogus AF. You can also tell that most of the 5 star reviews are fake by the way they are written... And also copy-pasted by other reviews. Lmao... Petty a$$ company.”

“A package arrived to my house opened with half my order missing. I reached out to their customer service, who said they cannot do anything and have to file a claim with UPS. Not only did my package take way to long to be shipped, it came with only half the order in it, when the order was valued at over $300. Will UPS expect my claim? They better because that is horrible customer service Fashion Nova. There should be more support given to customers who have shipping issues, ESPECIALLY ones who purchased high quantities of items. BEWARE of this potential customers, do not purchase high amounts of items because apparently half of it will be lost in transit and Fashion Nova will do nothing to help you other than tell you to file a claim.”

“Fashion Nova is a popular site, however it seems like as a company you are ripping your customers off. I had a very important event to attend. I decided to go with fashion nova and purchase my attire. Prior to purchasing I was guaranteed a delivery date of 2.12.20. However on 2.12.20 I received an email stating i will not be receiving my items until 2.13.20. I reached out to customer service and they were horrible and inconsiderate. When a packaged stated expected delivery date we as customers know this is not guaranteed. When informing a customer something is guaranteed this assures this date is promised! False advertisement! Poor service! Never will I order from fashion nova”

“Items were 3 days late first of all. Second, quality sucks. Clothes look they came from a discount store. Third, no refunds!! I didn't read the print saying credit only, so I am returning 5 items all of which are useless to me, and I am going to get a credit to a site I never want to use again???????? Stay clear! Buy from websites that offer refunds! Bad policy”

“I wanted to return two pieces of clothing because the fit was too big and everytime I tried a return I would get an error saying I couldn't do it at the moment. I emailed them constantly for two weeks straight and never got an answer so I gave up. It sucks because I had higher expectations but I will never again buy from Fashion Nova.”

“Do not accidentally order the wrong size, because they claim to not have the ability to modify your order and you aren’t given the chance to cancel it either! I think that is robbery of customers! Especially since the money is taken instantly before it’s even prepared to ship. I tried to return something to get exchanged and their return policy is VERY STRICT! Prices ending in .00, .99, .98? Seriously, that’s basically everything on the site! Therefore I couldn’t even return it. I loved shopping with them and even overlooked how cheap some of the material is, but after this I’m done shopping with them.”

“Clerical error sent my package to the wrong address. Emailed them was informed I needed to contact UPS who then informed me that I couldn't file the claim, fashion Nova needed to because they were the sender. Meanwhile I'm still sending emails back and forth with them repeatedly telling me to call UPS to file a claim and enjoy 25% off my next purchase. I ordered this on 12/13/19. Just awful customer service. This was a Christmas gift my daughter is still waiting to get.”

“Was super excited to receive my package, because all the reviews were so good. Once I got my package I notice that the sizing is way off, clothing is of cheap fabric, and most items are thin and completely see through. I ordered a size 8 in woman’s heels and they were realistically a size 5 if that. Will not order again. Almost 75% of order will be returned.”

“I accidentally used my old address and tried contacting them as soon as I realized and now they can’t fix the issue. Making me call the USPS or UPS to see if my order can be delivered at my new address .Causing so much inconvenience.”

“DO NOT ORDER!! Rude customer service!!! What kind of company doesn't do refund or cancellation especially if they didnt take money out my account. “No Refunds and cancellations!! I made one mistake on not putting the coupon and they couldnt even modify it for me. I had to repurchase the whole cart and call them back to then cancel my first order. They DONT MAKE IT EASY!!!”
