My order says it’s delivered and it’s not Even my address. I try to contact them, but they didn’t even reply my concern. They don’t have respect for their customers. I will not spend any money for fashion nova ever again.

I went to make a purchase using the %50 off of the website. It showed me my total with the discount added to it and once I confirmed my purchase it charged me full price I wrote to customer service letting them know what happened and they said they couldn’t accommodate me. All I’m asking for is %50 refunded to me as my checkout said!! PLEASE BEWARE before buying they have all these tricks including a glitchy website. DO NOT BUY from them because if anything goes wrong they will say it’s not their problem and give you a percent off that by the way expires in less than a month (I just made my purchase last night) This was my FIRST and LAST time purchasing from them as there are plenty of other companies who would appreciate your hard earned money. AVOID THE BS!!

They told me my order would be delivered by a certain day. They sent it to the wrong place. Took over a month to show up. Company doesn’t answer phone calls or respond to emails. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever seen for a company

Super upset, i order the wrong size because the website allows u to add stuff to your cart without selecting the size u want first. Instead its automated to select xs. So thats an issue, i mean know i should of checks my cart which i did. but i had to go add something else to the cart so when i did it automatically went back to xs. So i was like no biggie ill just email them to cancel and reorder or have them change it. Well I guess they cant make ANY changed once the order has been proceeded, not even cancelled . I guess Fashion nova thinks that we as customer are perfect and wont make any mistakes on addresses or sizes. Cause once u push summit there is no turning back. and of course u can returned the item. only when u pay shipping for it AND you'll get a credit on the account, You your read right ! NO refunds back to your card, so your basically forced to spend money on their "perfect, no mistakes allowed website"

Boots constructed poorly...metal pieces from my zipper scratched my legs...FN said i had 2 days to report this....but who said i had to wear my boots 2 days after them came?...how about they take 2 days to test the products!

Literally the most dishonest company. They sent me the wrong item then refused to let me send it back. They gave me a store credit for less than what I paid and really think I'm going to shop with them again. This is not my first negative experience. In the past, they've send ripping clothing with zippers broken. The only reason why they are still around is because of how heavily they market. If a company needs to advertise on every instagram account possible, you know their products are trash.

Wish I didn’t have to give them even 1 star! After submitting an affidavit for an item they said was delivered and never was, I spoke with Jose at FashionNova. He told me that even though their Tracking number said my package was delivered as a return item to Amazon of all places, we were the ones responsible?!! I guess we should have waited at the Amazon warehouse and waited there! They refuse to reimburse us for a package that was never delivered!! You guys better pray they deliver it to the right address because if they don’t you will NEVER get your money back! But you WILL get a run around!! Consumer Affairs is next!

BUYER BEWARE! They stole my money and never responded in a timely manner. I contacted them on multiple occasions and I was always given a generic response. I tried to make a return and their website failed, and they didn’t return my request for help for three days, and I never got the money back I paid to return an item I couldn’t return anymore. Never buying from them again. It’s a shame too. Their clothes are cute.

I ordered a shirt for my wife and had to download an app just to track it. After 3 weeks it left China and I got it 5 days ago. It’s not even the shirt I ordered. I have be sending emails and replying to emails every day to try and get the right shirt. I have sent them the information over and over and over that they have requested and still nothing. I guess you live and learn. My wife was really looking forward to the shirt I ordered.

Items aren't bad, they have some cool things, with some good discount codes. BUT, their shipping is TERRIBLE. I ordered a bathing suit on the 9th of January. Shipping is supposed to be 5-7 days International, as it comes from the US and I live in Canada. It was supposed to get here on the 24th, and now they just updated it on the 24th to delivery on 28th. I leave for a week vacation where I need this bathing suit on the 30th. This is the second time they have taken this long to send me something. Terrible. 19 days! it's not coming from China!

If you are thinking about trying it and hoping for the best... Just don't!!! I figured, ah, it's cheap couldn't hurt to try... They sent me USED lingerie. SO GROSS!!!!!!!! Not worth it!!

I’m so annoyed first all they put plastic girls on every clothes they have to make it look good on them but when u get it it’s different then there picture second it’s hard too return and all the store have slut clothing and nothing like they do online I order my size and they don’t have it so they think sending me a size way smaller is not going too be noticeable instead of calling or emailing me letting me know my size isn’t available you can never get a hold of anyone either and there too pricy

I spent $112 on a dress. Delivery time said 1 week. I received an email that delivery will be next day. No track n trace nr, only a trace button to redirect you to a page that says unable to retrieve information. 2 wks later... no dress, no reply from customer service: email, fb nor insta and no money back. Total rip off. I cannot call their nr outside US. Never again!!!! Total rip off, seriously.

Horrible company, with even worse customer service. I had ordered two pairs of jeans back in September, and two weeks later I received an email notification saying that it delivered. When I got home to check, there was neither a package nor a delivery slip. I contact the company who says that they sent the item to the wrong company and I had to wait for it to ship back to their store to be issued my refund. I waited 3 months, continuously writing to them asking for updates, and finally they send me a "gift code" rather than my refund. I even tried using the gift code and it came back as "Invalid". This company is a scam. If this happens to you, send them a Notice of Cancellation of a Sales Agreement and they will be legally required to refund you.

I have paid over 348 on fashion nova clothing. This happens on black Friday. I got the package 1 day before going on vacation. The clothing are made from cheap materials. The next i have return it back ended paying $54 dollar back. Remind you I'm going on vacation. I have called email them no response. I try my bank to get my money back dead ends. Yesterday i took the day off so i can get some of my money back. No luck After a while of being tired of calling,finally get a response: They told me i can not exchanged the items. How the F you mean when i purchased the items you did not said Final sale. This is false advertising fashion nova So my hard working $348 gone!!!!
