FashionNova has been hit or miss for me. But a recent order I placed on Black Friday. After about a week and 1/2 I received an email stating my order was canceled and refunded, with no explanation as to why. The worst part about their customer service is, they give a standard reply without even understanding your issue. This has been an issue for several times now. It’s upsetting because I do enjoy their clothing but I may have to rethink ordering from them again.

Awful company 3rd time they've scammed me out of my money. I ordered $100 order on black friday and it's been 14 days and it says its still sitting in data entry. Not one person has replied to my 3 emails I've sent back. Can I at least get a refund ???

Short and simple order 3 months in advance just Incase they bull sh**t you with delivery delays they quality clothes on fire 🔥 though gotta be for real on that however lesson learned I have yet to received my order and I’m going on vacation in a couple days 😭😭😡

I really just wanted to write all of you to empower you again. I’m not sure if everyone is aware but if you call your banking institution they will issue a claim and then refund. Although, It doesn’t take away your time and that you now have to shop somewhere else with additional delay. Hopefully, we use our buying power to in force change, instead of accepting bad behavior. Sounds like a toxic relationship smh

Fashion Nova clothing is of the hook,I love they clothes and accessories, everything is great quality,BUT unfortunately they customer service really sucks, is terrible!! No use to tell what was my bad experience cause I had too many!yes too many cause I love they stuff so much I keep shopping there🤷🏻‍♀️Don’t get me wrong they will take care of you & answer your emails but whenever they have time, you gonna need a lot of patience that’s all!

I put in an order on 12/06 and PAID EXTRA to get it shipped ASAP since I need the clothes for 12/13. Today is 12/11 and it hasn't even been shipped!! I emailed them twice already and no response. I also called them various times "there is no available representatives try again later" and hang up. They don't even put you on hold until someone is available. They better refund me every single penny back.

I ordered during the extended cyber Monday sale on 12/4. It's been over a week and I still haven't recieved any notice that my order has even been processed. The projected shipping date keep changing from 12/16 to 12/19 and now it says 12/23. By now I'd think this company would do better when it comes to shipping especially for the holidays. Not surprising at all.

You guys customer service sucks ass. I placed an order on cyber Monday, based on their lying azz shipping time frame chart said I would receive it on December 3rd. Here we are December 11 and it’s still not full filled. I’m flying out Dec 15 so it won’t make it to me on time before my flight. No one answers email or phone. This is my first and last time ever shopping with this fraudulent company. You have celebrities endorsing y’all dumb azzez. Fck them n fck you

I returned a dress december 26 th and havent recieved an email yet of my store credit and its now December the 11th..and they send no updates and they only way to contact is through email.

If I could give negative number I would. I order over 150$ worth of stuff that never came and got sent back to the company, they never email back I emailed them a bunch of times, and they still won’t give me a refund. I will never use them again. Almost 200$ down the drain

Terrible customer service. They don’t answer your email requests placed through their website. They don’t pick up their phones. They send you ETA emails on when your package is coming and it never shows up the estimated time given — not even close to it actually! Requested for a refund on my shipping as it was beyond the standard shipping policy days and no refund given. I highly do not recommend. Get your clothes from SHEIN as it is cheaper and the SAME quality as Fashion Nova. This is my second bad experience with FN and my last. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Shop at your own risk. Always use a credit card in case you need to dispute charges. They claim to have a 24/7 customer support team but this is a lie. No one is available to help. You cannot get a refund, only store credit. During sales, expect a long shipment time. During sales, you may purchase an item to find out later it wasn't available. You won't get your money back, just store credit. With all of the celebs they pay to promote their products, you'd think they'd invest in a better business plan and customer support team.

So the one problem I have with them is the fact you can’t edit your address or whatever right after just ordering. That’s crazy. On the plus side I reordered everything and got like 50% off and it all came in less than a week and fit so perfectly. Looks like the picture. So I still have to return to sender for the other order I submitted and only get store credit but I’m am happy about the clothes that I got.

Told me they weren’t prepared for Black Friday and was told I’d receive an email with a refund... yet to get that email after 2 days. I’ll give them 2 more days or I’m calling my bank to report fraud!

Hi, I see a lot of bad reviews but my stuff just came in and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Everything fit like a glove (and I’m not a size 2) and everything looked exactly like it did on the picture!

I’ve been giving this company chance after chance to have better service but they have failed time after time. They claim that your order will ship fast but it is a LIE the most recent order I placed was on 12/3/19 at around 1pm. They claimed standard shipping would shipped between 2-5 business days. I checked the status of my order on 12/10/2019 and they are now saying my items won’t be here until the 26th of December. I ordered THINGS for Christmas presents...

I will never order this is sad the CEO should be ashamed ive been waiting almost 2 weeks and they wont respond so they stole my money im glad im not the only one going through this yall customer service sucks and u will lose lots of customers and i gurantee u for this big inconvience all they do is give u a discount code as if i would spend another dime..i will stick with boohoo and prettylittle thing at least they dont steal money theives theives bad CEO
