Can't even let people in the website to buy the latest release and making people wait in line for a long time just to waste peoples time

Bought a pair of nike trainers online for £90 for a gift. When they arrived they looked like they'd been worn and the box was dirty. Not happy, emailed for an exchange but due to how long they were taking to reply I asked for a refund and purchased a pair from Nike. We had several emails back and forth until they asked me to send pictures. I refused as the shoes were delivered that way and told them they could take as many pictures as they want when they got them back. They agreed to send me a prepaid UPS label and I sent them back. A week later they sent an email stating they looked like they'd been worn so no refund and the shoes are on the way back to me. Again several emails with me explaining that's why I had sent them back I was told their decision is final and there is no recourse and they are not going to reply to anymore emails. Absolutely disgusted as I've paid £90 for worn trainers. Do not buy from Footlocker.

Ordered some Jordan’s for my daughter bday Sunday on Thursday night. I paid an extra $32 for 1 day shipping. When I checked my shipping status it said it would be delivered on Monday. Four days later. Never again.

I ordered a new release shoe for a child’s Easter gift. I asked the customer service rep if I would get it before Easter if I placed the order on Saturday. I was told it would ship UPS and would arrive. Instead it was sent Canada post and will not arrive until after Easter. Then when I tried to sort the issue with a customer service rep they just tried to dance around it rather then trying to work to get the shoe delivered. Totally disgusted and I will not purchase from Footlocker INC again. Now I have a child crying on Easter because you wanted to save money and ship a New release shoe Canada post instead of UPS. If your rep would have said I would not get them on time at the time of order I would have ordered elsewhere.

I live outside the USA and received wrong item from footlocker! They blame everyone else but themselves and do nothing about it!!!! AWFUL company! With awful services. Never try footlocker !!!

They charged me twice for the two pair of sneakers I order them stated I would have to wait to receive the sneakers to return them to a store. So I basically I have to go to a store which was the reason why I ordered online. Never again!

It's very bad experience with foot… It's very bad experience with foot locker only. I had ordered online from official website foot locker. One Nike Tshirt was not good condition. I read return policy. We can return it at foot locker store. I went at onestop Perry Barr foot locker dey saying we are not foot locker store. I spoken with manager he declined to accept my return items. He said go any other store. We don't deal in return stuff. Website says every store is doing with return policy 😡.

Ridiculously bad service in particularly from the manager kristian, we brought a pair of Nike trainers from foot locker which turned out to be faulty after 2 weeks of normal use the the plastic on the upper of the trainer had completely ripped off which was ok as these things happen but when we came to return the trainer for either an exchange or a refund I wasn't fussy, we were told that they would not being doing either as they had been worn so I can only assume that they seem to think that that trainer to be ripping after 2 weeks is normal the trainer are still in good condition other than the upper ripping, i must say kristian the manager must be the rudest and most arrogant person I have met pretty much told us to go away and contact customer services which I will be doing, i will never be coming back to foot locker ever again and urge everyone else to stay away and stick to jd sports who have a better range and better customer service anyway

I like Foot locker but it takes 7 to 10 business days to ship to China! My order date has changed 2 times in a week with no explanation.

Ordered a pair of sneakers online. Friday ordered, received 3 days later from overseas. Very prompt and update passage status on time and accurately. I would highly recommend to purchase form Foot or locker. Will buy again

Second time this happened to me after I placed an order online. I placed an order on Friday and received this email " Thank you for ordering from Footlocker.com! Your order was successfully received and we're processing it for you right now. You will receive an additional email as your item(s) ship". Disappointingly, never received another email and reached out to them the following Wednesday in which they responded they don't have the item and it won't be shipping. Not only did they not fulfill my order they captured the funds and now I'll have to wait a week for a refund on an item I never purchased. Will never shop online or in store ever again. I feel bad for the customer service rep that had to listen to me rant. Don't shop at Footlocker!!!

Why you should NEVER buy “on-line” and pick up “in-store” at Foot Locker. It’s beyond frustrating and the service is “horrible”. I would have given them a zero but that wasn’t a choice. I ordered shoes on-line on a Friday with same day in-store pick-up. Went to the store Friday evening, had the shoes in my hands that I ordered but was told at the register that they couldn’t let me have them because although I had received an e-mail confirmation from Foot Locker, it wasn’t the one with a bar code. The store associates were not interested in helping resolve the situation because they didn’t want to call the on-line customer service #. I had to call while in the store and finally got a hold of someone after waiting for 20 min. The on-line customer service associate said there was nothing they could do for me because I was in limbo without the e-mail that had the bar code. I asked to talk with an on-line supervisor to see if they could push the e-mail with a bar code to my inbox, but the on-line associate opted to hang up on me. No e-mail with bar code received on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. I called Foot Locker about my order on Monday evening and was told that it takes 24 hrs to process an on-line order. So I asked the logical question that wouldn’t that mean it’s next day pick-up instead of same day pick-up. The insisted that it would be same day pick-up even though the last time I checked a day has 24 hrs, not to mention that now it’s 3 days later. This evening I found out that my order was canceled by Foot Locker because even though I was holding the shoes in my hands on Friday, now they’re not available at the store (or so I’m told). What’s most puzzling is that they don’t get it. Maybe they could hire some IT people who understand that technology can solve their issues and that real time order fulfillment and inventory management is a basic expectation!

I placed an online order on November 30, 2019. My account got hacked just as soon as I placed my order. Someone at the footlocker store Milwaukee tried to purchase a something for $113.00 using my card information. Good thing my bank caught the fraudulent charges and I had to get a new card.

Order a new Nike Air Max plus from Footlocker on line and a display try on Nike with a socks was delivered. I am an International customer so sending back the item would be a cost to me. This company have poor customer service for International customers so don't purchase anything from this company. I asked for a discount an was refused also.

Gallions Reach Foot Locker Store have the worst staff. The staff Nioka is so so rude. Bought shoes from them last Saturday 5th Oct. they gave me the last piece from the display which I was ok with. As my baby was sleeping I couldn’t try it and I did ask her what’s the return policy - she said 28 days. When I went to return today in few seconds she said she won’t take it as it has grass stains. I explained that it was tried at home & the whole reason I am returning is because it doesn’t fit to the child. She was so so rude and unprofessional, she didn’t even consider talking. It all happened under one min, as if she has had mind set even before she opened the box. I had a bad feeling during the purchase too and for some odd reason I was dreading to see her today. i should have been extra cautious to check these shoes before purchase given her attitude was so wrong during the purchase too and I have no idea where those light stains appear from. They are almost invisible. Never had to deal with such rude and unprofessional staff. I am in utter shock. Never going back!

The website does not indicate that an item is not in stock. Placed an order on 8/28/19 and was told the item was back ordered until 8/23/19 (yes a date prior to the order date). Now it is 9/8/19 and customer service still has no idea when they will get the shoes. Ultimately needing to cancel the order. save yourself the hassle and order or buy from somewhere else. And avoid Eastbay, Champs and Foot Action as they are the same company

Please DO NOT attempt to purchase anything from any Foot Locker store, especially MIRANDA. We have been customers of Foot Locker for years and I have never been treated so badly and with lack of respect and professionalism. We purchased a pair of AUD 250 pair of Nike shoes. The following day my son wore the shoes and the sole tore on the back of the shoe. That evening we took the shoes back to Foot Locker with our receipt and was sadly served by Elena at the Miranda store, where the goods were purchased from. She informed me that she would not provide us with a refund as she suggested that the shoe was damaged by force, implying that we damaged it. She proceeded to educate us about how to take shoes off, insisting that this is how the shoes were damaged. She had no customer service skills and when I debated the point, she walked off and told me she would not give me a refund and to take my problem to another store. When I asked for the number of her manager, she walked out to the back and called out to me asking if I want her to try and resolve this with her DM or not, whilst continuing to accuse me of damaging the shoes. She then grabbed the other shoe and tried to pull apart the sole attempting to demonstrate something. Who in their right mind would do that?? She eventually gave me a refund and requested I never return to the store. Well Done Foot Locker and Elena from Miranda on your disgusting customer service. I would not return to your store or any other Foot Locker store again. With so many stores disappearing in this day and age, you would think that their focus on customer service would be a priority.

Ordered my Air Max from Footlocker on 26/08/19 and they were delivered (to the Uk from France) free of delivery charge within 48 hours, correct size, as described and also £20 cheaper than anyone else. I also received excellent customer service throughout (thankyou Rita, whoever you are) and access to tracking through UPS. All in all a great service, thankyou Footlocker. Highly recommended. ***** all the way!
