I purchased Michael Jordan Funko Pop! #115 from the .ca Canada website under the impression that I was getting what was depicted in the picture. In the picture on their website (as well as the picture in their confirmation email), the Pop! clearly had a "Foot Locker" exclusive sticker. The Pop! I received had a "Special Edition" sticker which meant I could have purchased it from an overseas store and saved on shipping (since I purchase bulk Funkos). I purchased it from Foot Locker because it depicted the "Foot Locker" exclusive sticker. Also, it was delivered in a large box with nothing protecting the item inside. It was being thrown around inside the box. Extremely disappointed customer.

I can't believe the horrendous service and experience I have endured through Footlocker. After ordering my child a christmas present in early November, I was told it had been cancelled and refunded over a week after placing the order. When I saw the item had come back in stock, I rang customer service to discuss the item. I didn't want to have it cancelled on me again and risk disappointing my son. The man on the phone assured me there was plenty of stock and that if I placed the order then it would be alright. Well, eight days after I placed the second order, I had received ZERO communication from footlocker. So I had to spend MY DAY on hold waiting to have one of your customer service officers tell me that... she doesn't know. 'We're still looking.' I said that I needed to know so that I could organise an alternative gift if Foot Locker had once again failed to provide a product they had said they could. She said it would take her THREE BUSINESS DAYS to get an answer to me. Meaning she wanted me to wait 12 days to learn if I could even receive the gift, and then wait another 5-7 business days to have it delivered. I said I needed to know, and what happened? she was then able to find out that they had no stock with 3 pushes of a button. Clearly, Footlocker was well aware there was no stock for DAYS, but decided that I didn't need to know that. This is without a doubt the most disappointing online shopping experience I have ever had. I also wanted to ask the customer service consultant if there were any other colour ways with the size i'm after but... she decided she'd had enough of talking to me (after about 10 minutes) and i didn't even get the opportunity. No idea how i'm supposed to get something in order for Christmas now, but I hope other chains begin to get the stock you do so I can shop elsewhere.

The Order From Hell!!! I place an order for a pair of shoes for my son’s birthday, to my surprise when I received the package it only contained 1 shoe!! How could the biggest shoe company in the world make such a sloppy mistake?? My son was very hurt and disappointed and so was I!!! I don’t know if the packaging department needs to be trained on eyesight or needs a break from their shift!!! But this was an inconvenience of pathetic proportions!!

This company is a joke. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE. It happened to me the exact same thing that happened to a lot of people here. I bought some shoes and were supposed to be delivered on 5 days tops. After 15 days I have no shoes and no answer for none of the 8 emails I've sent them claiming my money. Next week I'm putting a claim against the company.

Bought a pair of nike trainers for my son. After 2 weeks sole started to split. Went to store, asked for refund. They gave me email address (incorrect one) to complain. Complained, submitted photos etc and after a few weeks was told they were not issuing a refund as it wasnt a manufacturing fsult, it was a useage issue- seriously after 2 weeks. They clearly dont know statutory rights of customers under consumer rights act 2015 as these trainers are not fit for purpose. Do not buy from this retailer as their customer service is disgraceful. I will be reporting them to a higher body.

I returned a pair of shoes, they were scanned in yet 12 days later I still don’t have my refund. The customer service said the warehouse receiving the shoes in is backed up. That’s not my fault. No one should have to wait 2 weeks after getting the shoes back for a refund and still not have it. Poor customer service and returns! I better not receive a restock fee after this either which is BS they charge that also when no one else does!

I ordered a shoe on line. I received the shoe on the last date within my window. Instead of a size 8.5 Nike in black for women, I received a size 9 men’s saucing in pink and green. I now have to take the time to return it to a store. I got a sorry and they can re send the correct shoe. Really? Nothing for my inconvenience or their error. I will return it to a store and get my money back and shop elsewhere. Service was terrible and customer service was non existent.

Did 2 Separate orders for new Jordan's. FedEx delivered to wrong building and 2nd order I never received. Filed a claim with footlocker to do an investigation and was told either I will get a refund or they will resend the sneakers. 2 weeks later received email claim was closed and denied. I even spoke to FedEx claims investigation and explained how the buildings are set up, and he delivered to wrong building. A complete waste of time and money. Very poor customer service experience on both ends. Lost me as a customer for over 21 years.

Such a waist of time. I placed order for shoes which was available online with multiple sizes and received confirmation email too. But after few days they emailed me that they are canceling my order due to out of stock order.

Not happy 0 Stars isn't available. Purchased a pair of shoes as a gift. They took weeks to mail them out. Once mailed out there was an issue with the delivery and Australia post returned the package to footlocker . I contacted them and said please re mail the package to the correct address . I responded several times PLEASE DO NOT SEND A REFUND I WANT THE ITEM. A week later they refund me and over the weeks since i purchased the shoes they are sold out . USELESS

I would put 0 star it's possible. It's my worst online shopping experience. I placed an order one week ago and it showed me that the order is available and I received a confirmation email . Few days after, when I didn't receive anything I called the customer service representative who told me that a mistake has happened from their side and he will reorder it and he gave me another date of receiving my shows . Abviously, I didn't receive anything, I called again they told a long story about their shipping system and when I asked to cancel the order they said that I can't so I have to wait to receive and then do whatever I want. Till now I am waiting....... I will never buy from it again and I don't recommend it.

Place order a week ago only for today they send me a refund on my order stating it not in stocks. Well it was in stock on the day I ordered my item. Footlocker is a waist.

Time frame for delivery was 5-6 days. It’s been 2 weeks and FedEx still hasn’t received the order. Haven’t heard anything in regards to my shipment. As I read the reviews I’m not surprised.

‘ I put through an order online. On the website it said it’s available. Also, I received a confirmation of the order and payment was taken out of my card. Then, I have been waiting to hear back but no replies. After when I contact to ask my order, i get told that we cant complete the order due being unavailable. Is this a joke…. Or scam… first making me wait then saying cant fulfil my order and if it was out of stock, why did they take the payment. I needed my order for something important. I am not accepting anything other than my order. I would recommend everyone not to buy from this scam footlocker. I want my item or I am going to the court if i have to…..’

Just had a terrible experience at the Footlocker on Old Spanish Trail (ost). While at the register the employee (Big Shay) tells me cash only with an attitude. So i said fine I’ll how much is it she tells me it’s loading again with attitude. So i come back with cash she then tells me “I ain’t got no coins” again with an attitude. Customer service is a plus a Critical to obtain long term success. That’s all I’m saying

Ordered, and was charged for a pair of shoes that were on sale. Email said delivery in 3-6 days, and on day 5 was emailed that the order was cancelled cause they're out of stock. Great way to do business.

@footlockercanada Foot Lockers Customer Service Absolutely Sucks 💯 Their online shopping is a horrible experience, they keep getting worse and you’d think they should be getting better!! Two Times Ordering a large order.. never again! For me to take time out and write anything is because it really really needed to be put out there. They’re items are not cheap and their business is not small. They need to learn customer service!!!! Go to @sportchek Exact Same items, they match the prices for you, give you 15% discounts for inconvenience and awesome customer service honestly so why shop at @footlockercanada @footlocker then?
