“purchased a used Seamaster prof from them .was exspecting a used look. well the item send was in top condition incl box and orig papers. no need for refunds”

“I bought two Mont Blanc pens. 1 listed as Brand new came Scoffed and scratched. Clearly a used pen. The box was also ripped. 2nd pen - I agreed to buy as. Open box - Listing said scratches. I figure - get it sent and see how bad/light the scratches are. Well the cap was crushed/smashed. Pieces broken or missing. I called customer service and got. The pleasure of speaking to a rude woman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JOMA SHOP.”

“The e-gift card delivery was very slow. The shipment of the scarf I ordered was not as fast as promised. And the website kept sending me emails about my order after it was made a few weeks ago which is really annoying.”
