“Paid for the 2 day shipping but item was back ordered and then when it did come in it's still took longer than the 2 days so not sure why I was still charge for the shipping”

“I purchased a watch (PAM 661) on a Sunday evening with free overnight shipping, granted the following Monday was a holiday... I didn't receive tracking by Wednesday so decided to call, apparently this company doesn't keep anything in stock. They had to order this watch just to fill my order. So much for "Free overnight shipping". After calling and expressing my frustration, customer service cancelled my order and hung up on me. I called back and they did offer me $100 off if I reinstated my order, so I did… After another week of not receiving tracking I decided to call back and cancel the order myself. Normally I would have no issues with waiting a week or so, that really isn't the problem. I felt as though they falsely advertised that you would actually get this watch "the next day" so I purchased through them even though they weren't the cheapest just to have it sooner.”

“After ordering via their slick and intuitive website, I was disappointed that despite the ETA of my delivery being a week, as I'm in the UK, I'm still waiting over 3 weeks later. I've sent Jomashop x3 messages via their website and received no response. I called their US customer service line and was told that the delivery was delayed, despite clearing customs, and it's 'normal' I know this isn't the case and I will never order from this website again due to their lack of response to my enquiries, especially as an overseas customer.”

“Purchased the Bulova 96p181 on October 14,2019. The watch showed up today October 24th,2019 in perfect condition. All protective coatings were still in place, original box was immaculate and it was just as described. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Will be purchasing again in the future from Jomashop.”

“Placed an order for a watch and I can tell you this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I tried to chnage the shipping address by calling their service line and they were extememely rude and difficult to deal with. In the end I decided it would be easier to pick it up from the wrong address than deal with the rude representatives. Seemed to be the same representative everytime I called too. AVOID THIS. COMPANY.”

“Love the product although tone of my items did come almost used it would say the bottom of the soles look as they where tried on multiple times, was really upset that they charged me for shipping both ways when i returned its very unheard of especially i returned everything in one box.”
