"I am outraged! I was so excited to receive this perfume. When I got the package, I noticed that the box didn\u2019t have a protective seal (mica)! I was surprised because that meant someone had already opened my perfume. But when I opened the box, I was completely shocked \u2013 inside, there was a broken bottle and a pile of tiny shards of glass.\r\n\r\nThere were no wet marks or signs that the perfume had spilled inside. It\u2019s obvious that someone opened the box, put the broken bottle in, and sent it to me. The fact that it arrived in this condition is proven by the dry box (with no stains) and the heavily scratched pieces of the bottle.\r\n\r\nThe store refused to provide compensation or send a replacement. Before buying from this store, be aware that you might receive a previously opened perfume, or worse \u2013 just broken glass instead of the perfume!"
