“I have purchased a Skagen watch from Jomashop and when I received it, it didn't work. Because it was a gift we didn't notice that the watch didn't work until it was too late to get a refund. When I contacted Jomashop and explained the issue, they said they will repair it. After sending the watch for repair 3 times, it is still not working - the watch keeps losing time. When I escalated the call to the manager he completely refused to give a full refund or replace the item and insisted that we send it for repair again. Each time we sent the watch for repair it took over a month to get it back. The service was horrible and they never fixed it, which essentially equates to them selling me a watch that never worked. I will never buy anything again from this damn website.”

“Don't be fooled! At first, I couldn't believe how great their prices were comparably to other sites. I ordered and waited and waited and waited. The item never showed up and they kept trying to get me into something else. Finally I realized this company intentionally does this to undercut other companies but has not intentions of filling the orders.”

“I ordered a watch that they did not notify me was out of stock until after the transaction was complete. I was told, I would receive the watch within 5-7 weeks which is excessive. I am currently waiting for the watch. However, I decided to call to check on the status a few days ago and the phone rep's customer service was terrible. He was completely unengaged in the conversation and gave the impression that he was bothered to be doing his job.”

“Worst online shopping ever. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! 1. The product was delivered 2 weeks after the promised date when I ordered it 2. It was a birthday gift that by the time it arrived I no longer needed 3. They charged me $13.29 to return the product when it was their fault that I couldn't use it 4. I call to ask for a free return I had the rudest experience with the agent I talked to telling me that it was my fault and that I was blaming me not liking it on them and to just pay the 13$ all with an extremly arrogant attitude”

“Bough the new Longines watches in 2019. In less than a month, the calendar stopped working. Sent the watch back for repair. Called in 3 weeks to get an update. Was told that starting from the day I called, I need to wait 8-10 weeks and that 3 weeks the watch was sitting in their shop does not count.”
