“Very bad customer service experience. The first time I called you guys put me on hold and hung on me. I called back again to cancel few orders, you guys said I will get an email confirmation in 2 hours which I still dad didn’t get.”

“The only negative I see is that the 24hr markings are useless for 43 year old eyes. I've seen a lot of reviews saying that the second hand doesn't line up with the chapter ring. Mine doesn't have this problem. Its perfectly aligned. It hasn't lost or gained a second since I've been wearing it which has been about 2 weeks. The bracelet is very well made but a bit sharp around the edges. The watch is heavy but to me that's speaks of toughness. The lug width is 21mm which can be frustrating finding a high quality 4 ring NATO to fit it. I guess a 22mm will work. I was apprehensive about buying a quartz but I wanted a do anything go anywhere watch that I did have to take off while chopping through wood while camping. I think this watch will fit the bill nicely for what I wanted it for.”

“I do purchases from Jomashop for over $6,000.00 dollars a year, and about 4 weeks ago i place an order for 8 different watches (They delivered 7 watches) i was missing only 1 watch, i called 3 weeks ago and told me that the watch was now available and they will prepare the shipping (I didn't get it) i called the following week and the same story again. now i called and they told me that the order has been canceled because they run out of the item. i called and spoke to KAILY and ARI which couldn't help me at all (Worst customer service) trying to talk to Faith (The manager) with no luck. i also gave them the solution and refusing to help. please contact me asap (you know who i am) and find a solution ASAP.”

“Worst experience buying watch with Jomashop. They promise in livechat that item will be delivered until Thursday however it was delivered next Monday which was too late since I left USA on Saturday. that's why i asked them about delivery date in first place. I tried to call them and all they have to say "we apologise ". I don't care about their apology!!! They tricked me...”

“Ordered two pairs of Costa sunglasses from jomashop and saved over 150. Packages game wrapped well and un damaged with fast shipping I ordered them on a Friday and got them on the following Tuesday. Would recommend 100%.”

“I was first skeptical to place the order, the item that I purchased was priced very low and I was afraid I would end up receiving a counterfeit. After receiving the sunglasses I was very surprised that it was totally original with the original packaging. I have already recommended this website to several of my friends looking for name brand products at a discount.”
