Shopping is very easy, their delivery times are good... BUT their online customer support is atrocious; make sure the item you want is in stock for immediate shipping and/or call if it shows it ships in 1-3 days

Prices are great for what I purchased. I paid for two day shipping for two watches. Received the first watch in about 4 days from when it was purchased. I still haven’t received my second watch after 2 weeks.

Purchased from Australia, price is US$, you never know how much it's gonna be until payment (AU$). Products are genuine, good quality.

Fast shipping and good products. However getting answers from customer service is non-existent. Also packaging on products is not very nice, at least that was me experience with certain jewelry.

I have 2 orders. Both of them are very unhappy experiences. My first 3 star of my life is for you Jomashop! Very terrible customer service, the wrong description on page causing my return, the customer service keep saying it was my reason. They corrected the description after I reach out to them and said the info on page is correct. Unbelievable!!

0rder is incomplete 3 watches and received only 2 watches. Im still waiting to received the other one. Also, pay 2nd day and took 5 days to arrived. Not even acurate for shipping. I will give a 2nd chance to Jomashop

Shipping not working well at moment , over 2 weeks to get something , with tracking info provided with DHL, then disappeared, then received by USPS.

I received the package in a few days, the watch is perfect and these are the positive one, negative instead in the euro dollar exchange rate I found a difference of 18 euros more than I paid for the watch arrived with documents of another model , I wrote 2 emails but have not received replies

I purchased the Longine Legend Dive watch and received the watch in the original box. But it was missing the “book of legend” that was supposed to be included in the watch. I called customer service and it’s been 2 weeks without any resolution. It’s unfortunate the service at Jomashop fell short of the quality service they promised. I also feel shorted from my purchase receiving an incomplete package. I’m contemplating returning the watch.

The order arrived, but pretty late. Phone Costumer Service is now TERRIBLE after hiring a call center, the Spanish speaking ladies on the call center where RUDE like nobody else and did nothing to help with the shipping delay the order went trough

I have used Jomashop on many occasions and their service has been first class, though on my last purchase they did not provide the usual and expected service that I had come to expect. I had ordered a Longines Master collection Chronograph, that when I ordered was out of stock, and I was told would be available in 5-6 weeks. After waiting for 6 weeks, and not heard anything from Jomashop, it was only when I checked my order On Line that U discovered that they had cancelled my order, presumably due to taking so long, though what was annoying was that they didn’t email me to tell me that the order had been cancelled. I subsequently had to re order the watch, that was no back in stock, and it arrived quickly and safely. Ultimately, a happy customer, though the experience of getting a prestige watch for a retirement was somewhat spoiled by a lack of attention to detail by Jomashop.

The shipment is very, very delayed, it takes 17 days and has not yet reached the destination country

This is my first time shopping here, and I am not sure about your after-sales service. For example, the watch strap is loose. Can you change it?

The ordering process was easy and the delivery was on time. But the product very disappointing: I purchased a Mathay Tissot for about $300. The hours hand is not set correctly, and the cyclops just fell off. I am very disappointed. I simply purchased the watch to get a feel how a Tudor GMT would feel on my wrist. So now I am very disinclined to purchase my Tudor from Joma. Sorry, wish I had better feedback for you Gunter Karg

Is good company the only thing i have to return a hat and when i returned they charge me 19.00 dollars for the return is not fear!!
