“Be wary of working with this company. Their customer service is extremely poor, received a defective watch, they asked me to bring it to one of their repair partners in my city. The watch repair company said it was defective, told me to return it. Jomashop was informed of this, processed the return and sent the same watch back to me with the same problems as before. At this point Jomashop is refusing to refund and asking me to send back again for service. Spend the extra money and go with a more reputable company.”

“I did not receive my package nor the money .. on April 27 it appeared in my delivery history that the package was delivered but I did not receive anything, for 1 month and a half no one answers my email or anything . what else can i do I lost $ 363 and it looks like a donation”

“I had a very bad earlier purchase but decided to give them ONE MORE CHANCE! It was more than a week and they did not send my order. I contacted them and was asked to do some strange verification using my work email. After successful completion of verification they CANCELLED MY ORDER saying they ran out of stock and then IGNORED ALL MY MESSAGES FOR RESOLUTION. SERIOUSLY? SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL... SO MUCH FOR SECOND CHANCES”

“Was looking to buy a watch to replace my ailing 1980 Omega Seamaster quartz. They had so many at amazing prices it was hard to decide. I would up getting a fine Swiss automatic watch for a huge discounted price. The product arrived quickly, so far so good. Never had to talk to a live person, it didn't matter.”

“I love the watch! For an expensive purchase, you worry about it not showing up or delivery getting messed up. Jomashop sent emails with updates and it arrived quickly! I will definitely shop again...”
