“I sent my item that i bought to the wrong address that I gave by accident so I asked for a refund back but they dont want to. So if anyone had the same accident like me dont have hope that they give you your refund back because they wont. 🤬”

“I just received a gorgeous pair of Gucci sunglasses from this company!!!! I admit that I was terrified and struggled with the decision to order from here because of some of the reviews I read. I am happy to say that I am extremely glad I placed my order!! The package tracking system was very useful and showed that my package was shipped almost immediately. The package arrived within just a few days of ordering. The box was secured and the product was protected inside better than any order I’d received in a really long time! To add to all of this, I paid a fraction of what the sunglasses would have cost me elsewhere. I am extremely satisfied and will be ordering from this company again soon!!”

“i made a purchase on jomashop a few days ago and to my horror and unwanted transaction of $541 has been made i got no code prior to transaction and just got the notification when the transaction has been made. extremely disaopointed it was on my first time purchase and got big hit from the site. NOT SAFE. DONT BUY!”

“I purchased a watch, and received very slow shipping. When it arrived the watch didn't work properly, and customer service took over a week to respond, and was rude in their reply. They repeatedly sent the same unhelpful information and refused to work to solve the problem. Absolute trash customer service.”

“Jomashop sells inventory they don't have. Then they make you wait weeks or months to get your order. I've had a range of experiences with their customer service dept., including rude and unprofessional, misinformed, and one person who actually tried to be helpful. You are rolling the dice if you buy here. The chances are high you'll be as frustrated as I am. I'm still not confident I'll ever get my watch.”
