“Hi all, I am from New York, Queens. Unfortunately, I bought the Hamilton watch from the Jomashop. I have never recieved the watch because the USPS could not figure out where 11375 zip code is in NY so the watch was not delivered to me.My credit card was charged for the sum of $600. I called the Jomashop costumer service and asked them for the refund.The rep said that they have to get the watch back and then the refund will be issued.I have never had experienced anything like that. I did not recieve the watch and was charged $600 for it and now have to wait until the watch gets divered back to the seller.What will happen if the USPS won't deliver the watch back to Jomashop or the watch will get lost?It means that I will not get my money back....:( Terrible experience with Jomashop.The costumer service reps are rude robots and are not professionals. I am really sorry that I bought the watch from the Jomashop. It is better to overpay to the some reputable watch seller than deal with the Jomashop.Please go and buy from someone else.”

“Have never recieved the watch that I bought. I Had to fight to get my money back. Terrible costumer service. They said that I had to wait until they recieve the watch back.What happens if usps loses the watch?... Will I get my money back? It was my first and last time purchase from the Jomashop. If anybody wants to buy a watch or etc.. please buy it from somebody else do not buy it from the Jomashop.”

“This was my 1st time ever to purchase a watch online. I've have been researching for a while trying to find the specific watch I wanted and with the affordable price. So I was surfing the web and I came across this Jomashop and they were offering the watch I've been searching for, plus this discounted price that they had I thought it was too good to be true. Everything that they offer on this site is incredible, your not gonna to find a better price anywhere else then here. There shipping was very fast, for me because from the day I've made my purchase online, they had it shipped to me within 4 business days, but also depends on where you live as well.”

“I called on a Thursday to see if my item would ship on Friday it was paid for. I was told yes. Didn't ship until Tuesday. When it did arrive it was inop. I believe it is the battery and was credited for it Still as a first time buyer from them I have to agree with some of the negative comments. On top of that at some point the covid19 'crisis' was blamed. Pretty sure it doesn't discharge watch batteries. Shouldn't have shipping doa, especially if it sit in their warehouse a couple of extra days.”

“I had a super bad experience with Jomashop. Tried to order four times, 3 calls to them, finally the order was placed. But waited few weeks the watch still not yet arrive and now is telling me it is being returned. Fine, but they have collected my express shipping fee! And they told me I can only claim the shipping fee myself with the courier... what a “good” experience in online purchase.”

“I have been wanting another Montblanc fountain pen for a long time and recently got serious about buying one. As I searched the web Jomashop kept popping up with some pretty handsome prices. But having gotten burned by a fake from China, I avoided even opening their webpage. Eventually I succumbed as I determined I wanted a Montblanc 145. I studied and researched Jomashop for 2 weeks before I decided to take the dive into purchasing from them. And BOY! and I glad I did. The ordering process a super easy and the package arrived early. The pen was and original Montblanc 145 (refer to fake China pen above), packed carefully and beautifully and after using it, it is everything I wanted! So glad I purchased and really appreciate Jomashop for being a fine retailer. They have followed up several times to make sure that I am a delighted customer (I am!). Highly recommend them. I'll be back. Everyone please stay safe out there! Flatten the curve!”
