“Purchases a Tag and an Omega. Sent Omega back for another model for preference. I did have to pay for shipping back but that is part of the deal. I knew that when I bought it. For all the complainers about customer service, go ahead and buy your high end watch at a high end shop and pay twice as much.”

“I appreciate the kindness of the Joma Shop manager.I was upset that I could not apply the 5 dollar discount coupon, but after seeing my mail, Jo Ma Shop manager gave me a discount.I was so happy.And Burberry Scarfe came to me and made me stand out even more.I will buy more things at the Joma Shop.”

“I bought a new watch. When received the date and date function didn't work. I had to pay taxes and customs to receive the watch. I returned the watch and paid expensive shipping. Then didn't even get a full refund. I lost 30% on a problem which was not mine. I'll never buy from these guys again.”

“Previously order 3 pens from eBay, reputable sellers, all of which turned out to be fakes. Evidently, faking Mont Blanc pens is very common and profitable. I paid 8% more than my highest eBay purchase only this tie. I received a real mo t Blanc pen with no hassle and no issues but still received the item I wanted well below msrp. Now I have an amazing pen that I wanted at an absolutely exceptional price with no drama. You can’t go wrong with Jomashop.”

“I have been buying nice Swiss watches for years from Jomashop. The prices have always been very competitive, shipping has always been quick and, most importantly, the watches have been authentic, brand new, worked flawlessly, in original manufactures’ packaging.”

“they are are liars and stealers they resell watches that are purchased from stolen credit cards. Cartier considers them the "gray market" they are theirs and should go to jail. As a fellow jew I now see why so many people hate because of liars, cheats, and frauds like them.”

“I ordered a GC bag for my wife, the outside package box came in good condition, however the inside GC original box has a small crash. It is such an important package but they just ignored the damage. probably will not chose this website in the future.”

“My watch I ordered was delivered damaged by USPS, box was crushed on the corner. When I opened the box, the beautiful box the watch came in was torn and the corner crushed. I called Jomashop, Emilee in customer service, asked for a bunch of photot's. I sent them. The , she is asking me if the watch is damaged? I said, I am not a jeweler but a realtor so I dont know.”

“I usually don’t do reviews, but I had to this time. I started buying from Jomashop in January,2020. I was happy that there is a shop that sells designers items at a good discounted rate. But I have been treated badly. I ordered a pair of tods sneakers in gold and white pictures, and they sent me a brown sneakers. Nothing like the picture on the website, I had to return it, and I was charged $18 from my credit. Even when they were at fault for sending me the wrong shoe. And some of the customer service are so rude.”
