“Never ever will deal with these people anymore. Promised a delivery, eventually after a month got a refund, not even a notice about not having the product available. Thanks a lot, NOT. For me its not about refunding it's about looking forward to receiving the damn watch. Indefinitely Disappointed. This refund came 2 weeks after the letter below; Dear ...., Thank you again for your purchase from Jomashop.com! It is our responsibility to keep you up-to-date about your order with us. “Ordered an item on Feb 1 for Valentine’s Day. Was informed on Feb 12 item was out of stock and order cancelled. Only informed after inquiring. Now Feb 24 and still no refund despite multiple emails. Terrible customer service and thieves.”

“ordered 5 items on 27/11/2019 was promised by them that we should received within 5 to 10 days as The latest. Up to today 25/2/2020 we only received 1 item and it broken. Many attempts to contact Jomas shop But had 2 responses after that not hear from them for weeks. Be ware don’t buy from them they are scam.”

“The product was of good quality but the customer service was rude and less than helpful. I had to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to rectify a billing error. The hassle was not worth the few dollars saved at the time of purchase. I will definitely buy elsewhere in the future.”
