“I have bought watch it has scratches like it was used, I returned it and asked for new they sent me same again. I have must to pay 2 times customs fee in my country.”

“This is my first time buying a watch at Jomashop. The transaction was smooth and got my watch on time. The only thing I was disappointed about was the color of watch that was displayed on the pictures vs. reality. In reality the colors aren't as strong as on the pictures. Just be mindful when buying a watch. Thanks Jomashop!”

“Scam.....becarefull, I bought a 100% authentic Burberry coat, but the only thing that was 100% authentic it was the 0.25 plastic bag that cover the coat, and the brown paper on top of that plastic bag. It’s very disappointing to deal With This scam company. Runnnn a way don’t buy nothing with them.”

“I have been shopping for watches in Jomashop and have had no issues. I bought 2 expensive watches recently and everything went well. I was skeptical about buying luxury watches here but the products look great compared to pics on the website. I’m 100% satisfied. Thanks Jomashop!”

“Watch came in with time not set. Not keeping time. Took to jeweler to change links and set time...still did not work called jomashop to get fixed. I was told can’t refund because of modification. Ok sent in for repairs. Took six weeks just to tell me I modified it and found scratch on crown. Won’t fix.whats wrong with my new watch? How do you set time on watch without voiding returns and warranties? Don’t buy from them unless you are watch expert! Make sure you have x-ray vision to see the inside working.because if you touch it or scuff it voids return and warranty. Make sure you use credit card for purchase.(better protection on refund.) I used Paypal. I purchased from jomashop in the past but all products worked.but when product has issue or need return customer service has an attitude! I will pay more with another vender to get better service if that is the case. Purchased raymond Weil diamond shine.”

“RE: Didn't Receive my Package I didn't receive my package but the shipping tracking says the package is delivered, have raised a claim with Jomashop 2 weeks back still no update. I would say poor customer service from Jomashop, will never again order in Jomashop. Really Disappointed.”
