“I place 2 orders received one and no information on the other. Called and I was told it's out of stock so he is going to cancel and issue a refund. This is bad customer service. Good luck.”

“Before making my purchase, I called them to make sure how exactly the purchase method was. They told me to make the purchase and then to communicate with them so that they could leave the product at the nearest Fedex store so that I will pick it up personally. They charged $ 10 and sent it to me by regular mail and it took almost a week to get my order.”

“Never recieved my package. Customer service was horrible. Waiting 2 weeks (business days) to get an answer if I will be getting a refund or replacement. I don't want a replacement. Packages are sent through the postal office and poorly taken care of. My package went missing on the 17th and I got an email stating 3 days before reporting anything. Worse online store I had to ever deal with.”
