“I purchased the Calvin Klein Evidence Quartz Black Dial Men's Watch for my son for Christmas for an EMT class that he is taking and needed a watch with a second hand. He told me the watch was too nice to wear in an ambulance :). He will keep it and wear it to other occasions. It arrived exactly as pictured and quickly as promised. Very positive experience. Will buy from Jomashop again!”

“Price was great. The watch had a small scratch on the back plate. The problem was shipping. Was shipped via usps. It arrived to the distribution center and sat there for five days! And the usps would not give me the package told me I had to wait. So if u need a watch asap I wont buy from here because of that reason”

“The watch I purchased had been open and appeared to have been a return, although the description stated it was "NEW". Tried to register my Movado Bold Motion watch on the Movado website and could not located a model number on the box. The website would not register the watch. Can it be that this watch is a FAKE?”

“Delivered with dead battery. Contacted customer support, nobody responded. You have to pay shipping cost for returns. Amazon price is much better for same watch even after 70% off ( fake discounts) . I would not recommend it. Unfortunately I need to select one start because of negative stars not available.”

“I ordered a crystal Cheshire Cat on Dec. 1st for a Christmas gift. It is now Dec. 29 and there is no update on my order. The website simply says “processing “. The money cleared the bank the same day as purchase and the item is shipping to an address in the states. This is unacceptable.”

“Extremely horrible customer service. Unprofessional on the phone and unhelpful. What they tell you on the phone is different from what is on their website. Stay away from this company if you ever think about returning anything.”

“They shipped me a watch with a dead battery. When I contacted them to get a replacement, they offered $10 for a battery. I called a bunch of local jewelry stores and none of them will replace a battery for $10. Cheapest I could find was $16. I'm still waiting for my $10 credit. I would not buy from these careless crooks, they just don't care. Update: After they saw this review I received a refund Sept 16th. Update: On Dec 16th they reversed the $16 refund. This company is horrible. Petty and dishonesty will catch up with them as an eCommerce business. Read all the negative reviews before purchasing.”
