“Customer service is the worst I’ve EVER Received from any company. I ordered a watch for a friend for Christmas . After almost three weeks and Christmas long gone, I was told that the watch was out of stock now. So I had to wait for it to come back into stock. When I asked to speak to a manager the customer service agent got very upset and started yelling at me that it’s my fault and “I need to read better” and when I asked his name, he hung up on me. I then called back and got the manager who didn’t seem too bothered by my story, and offered me a discount code for my next purchase. A few weeks later I ordered a watch for myself, when I called for the code I was given a “welcome” code for first time shoppers. So anyone could have gotten this code... but then it didn’t work. So I called back and I was told to make the purchase and they will apply the code. I made the purchase... discount was never given... I have emails with their promises and it doesn’t seem to matter. If you want a watch for a great price... that’s what you’ll get... but if ANYTHING goes wrong, you’re on your own. It’s basically a gamble.”

“The bracelet I bought my wife lost a stone within an hour of putting it on the first time. I contacted JOMASHOP and took the time to return it. Two months and several exchanges later, they decided they'd keep the lousy bracelet and my $$$. Can't remember the last time I was robbed. Don't make the same mistake I did. Poor products and worse service.”

“This store is a biggest theme ever you will se in your life don’t ever think to buy any thing from and ask for shipping overseas as they will charge shipping and tax’s without redound even if they didn’t ship it at all”

“They send me the wrong watch. So I sent them back the product so they could send me the right one. I had to pay 250$ duties on it to get in my country. They said by email (I have written proof) that they will send me the right one back and I won't have to pay for the duties again. They just issue a credit instead of sending the right product. I called to know why they issue a credit instead of sending the right product since it's their mistake. They say I need to order a new watch an pay duty again for international orders. They do not respect what they say even if you have the written proof!! Good luck with your orders!”

“I placed an order from the UK 5 weeks ago (Christmas Eve 2019) and the item still hasn't arrived. As far as I can see from the tracking it is still in the USA and has not moved since Boxing day.”
