Avoid at all costs. Be careful with this shop. Their prices are tempting but their customer service is horrific. I ordered two watches in November to give to me parentrs as Christmas presents. After three weeks the order hadn't arrived so I called them to chase. They informed me that the package had gone missing in Germany (I'm in UK) and that they wouldn't reship or refund as it was my problem not theirs. When I questioned this policy they said "that I should know the risks of ordering watches online." Another lady blamed me for not pre-paying import duty. Quite how this explains the order going missing in Germany when I'm in England they couldn't say. Quite staggering. Spend a bit more and order from a reputable dealer. I'm now £500 out of pocket, no watches and desperately hoping that PayPal will refund me as Jomashop are refusing to as they "don't want to be out of pocket". I also have to race around and buy new gifts for my parents.

Received my Brooklyn watch ...It took a while to get it , it seems it takes a while for Joma to get their merchandise out . Once again, I received a watch with a dead battery. I changed it myself as i buy my batteries in bulk via Ebay and sent this email : "Hello... My order finally arrived, and as a couple of times before , it arrived with a totally dead battery . Could you please credit my account $5.00 to cover the cost of the battery that I myself have already replaced, as I did before . Also, I appreciate your low prices, but do they not check the watches as they are sent out, and if not , why?" The reply I received is as follows: "Dear Sir/ Madam,We appreciate your business and we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing technical difficulties with your time piece. The watch may need a fresh battery. You have 2 options: 1) You have the option of taking the watch locally for a battery change and we will be able to reimburse you up to $[5 ] with a provided receipt. OR 2) send back for inspection. If the watch has not been worn, has all the original tags intact, no alterations have been made to the watch or band it can be accepted for replacement or refund (if any manufacturer's defects or abnormalities are found) Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Looking forward to hearing from you.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. My reply was this : "As I wrote last time I received one of your watches with a dead battery , I have a collection of over 150 watches.... I Maintain my own watches .... Batteries of good Quality can be bought via Ebay for far less than the $6.50 cents I would spend at a CVS or Riteaid store , or the $10 plus I would pay some kid at the mall who has no idea what "Watch Grease" is to scratch up and not lube the o-ring correctly when replacing a battery . Last time I was credited $5 back to my credit card which to me is perfectly fair for me to buy and replace the battery myself. It would cost your company far more to pay an employee to re-stock the watch, and certainly costs your company far more in bad reviews when I and other customers continually get watches with dead batteries . I don't understand why employees are not able to simply check to see if a watch is functioning with a viable battery before it is sent out . It's kind of like me as a Firefighter leaving the Fire Station with a Fire Engine with no water in the tank ( though a heck of a lot less serious) , but you do get my drift ? You are not alone in this problem : Amazon is hideous at sending out returned watches with broken parts and dead batteries, I have been disappointed so many times and once , the INVICTA watch was broken and there was aquarium gravel in the box !!!( Yes , I hate to admit I own a few INVICTA's) But I digress.... The Brooklyn watch is a deal at the price I paid for it , and of really decent quality for a Chinese made watch with a ( Semi) Swiss (named) quartz Movement , nice band and buckle and gift box. But it is rather disheartening to receive ( More than once ) a watch that is not functioning right out of the box. Again, not worth my time and effort to return it , and not worth my money and time to take it to a Mall kiosk for someone less skilled than myself to change out a dead battery , and certainly not worth driving 26 miles to the 30 year veteran watchmaker in who services my Swiss Bulova's and would charge $30 to change a battery ( well, okay, probably $22, but again, you see my point) . So I will leave it at that , as I replaced the battery 10 minutes after I opened it as I was shaking my head and muttering to my 4 year old son that he could check watches to see if they are running better than the person who packaged my order.... (yes, I know , Child labor is illegal and he would have to have a nap and milk breaks....haha!) . Happy Hanukkah , Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ! Said my piece, I hope they got both a chuckle and a Business message out of it .

Watch quit working after only three days. Most likely dead battery. Chose not to spend 25 on tools and battery on 70 dollar watch that may actually broke. Threw in trash. Shipping was slow.

Returns are on you and even if you keep over $600 dollars worth of stuff they still stick you with paying for the other items to be returned.

The item I purchase is still yet to reach me as the package was never delivered. I wrote twice called twice got an email to say it will take 3 weeks to be investigated, mind you I purchased the item for my birthday gift to myself but sadly it will not get to me since the investigation period will extend way beyond my birthday. Disappointed and dissatisfied

Everything went very well. HOWEVER, I don't appreciate emails every day from you. I have tried to unsubscribe 3 times now. Can someone just get me off your list?

Everything on the selling process works fine. Easy to ID a product and to place the order. However, after that, watch out (no pun intended). I ordered a watch for Christmas (over 2 weeks ago). I was told it was in stock and shipping in 1 to 3 days... 2 weeks later I am told that the watch might show up on December 23rd. I guess they were thinking that Santa was going deliver it... but I could be wrong. Customer Service was poor. No urgency. Didn't care about helping fix the issue. It was what it was and that was the end of it. "Stone Cold". I most likely will never consider JomaShop again in the future. This is not the way to treat customers.

The customer service is very bad. Had spoken to them about an exchange so they sent me a return label, however they did not disclose that the use of this label will deduct from the refund. The customer service rep suggested a repurchase so I paid shipping twice, plus paid to have the item shipped back for exchange. Then when I spoke to someone they mentioned that I should have used fast ship for free. Why wasn't this suggested in the first place? What wasn't it disclosed about the shipping cost for the label? They refused to give the full refund and kept the shipping costs. Horrible customer service.

My experience was bad from start to finish RMA #378014. I ordered an item and paid for expedited delivery the item didn't make it in time and I had to get something else at the last second. So I called and was told that under the circumstances a one time exception would be made and I would be credited the amount. I sent the item back with the paperwork. I never got anything back from Jomashop and followed up. I was then told their would be a restocking fee and I would not be credited the original amount but would get an in stor credit. I didn't receive that either. I followed up and and still got nothing back from them. So I emailed and was told I needed to call back again - where I started. I then received no responses to my emails. This started over a year ago and still no resolution. AVOID THEM...I have never had and experience like this, it was disappointment after disappointment.

Ordered a watch with a great price. They charged my card immediately and sent me an email saying it shipped. A week later, the item still had not been tendered to the carrier (their hold music boasts 24 hour shipping). Called customer service, they suggested that maybe the package had been stolen or misplaced en route to the carrier. I requested a refund. They said that was against policy, that they would look into it, and would email back confirmation. Two days later, I had not received any email and the package still had not been tendered to the carrier. I called back. They said that they would look into it and email me confirmation. I told them I was to have already received a "confirmation email," which never happened, and I wasn't hanging up without canceling my order. They refused to cancel the order, said it was "against their policy." I told them I would notify my credit card company and write a negative review. Customer service said "go ahead" and hung up on me... so here I am. If you get a good price on something and the transaction works out, great. But they will take your money immediately, and if there is an issue, customer service gives the runaround and won't refund even though they clearly don't have the item. If you must use them, pay with a credit card so you can get your money back, and prepare for hassle.
