“I purchased a watch that was "guaranteed" by a certain date. It ended up being very late and I returned it. Jomashop eventually refunded $200 of my $250 price. I understand the return policy does not cover shipping costs (not sure how regular shipping cost for a watch is $50) but what is the point of a guarantee if they won't stand behind it? I was also not able to get a breakdown of how they came up with the $50. I contacted them several times with no response. The lack of response is the most frustrating part.”

“Buyers beware Jomashop free shipping is not really free. If for any reason you decide to return an item they will charge you for "the so call" shipping, and customer service is very nasty. I will never purchase anything from them again.”

“Terrible customer service. Spoke to Ryan today. Would not honor how I was told my watch would ship. Have been waiting for my order to process for over 2 weeks. I fear this is a fraudulent operation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“To begin, the shipment of my watch was delayed for multiple weeks; it took 10 weeks for it to ship when the website said 4 weeks. Once I finally received my watch, they in fact sent me the wrong one. When I called them to tell them, they claimed they sent me the right watch even though the serial number was completely different than the one I ordered. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and never succeeded. It took Jomashop two days to realize they did in fact send me the wrong watch and told me if I sent it back they will ship me the right watch. Once I sent it back, they informed me they will in fact not be receiving the watch I originally ordered. They did reimburse me for the watch although now I have to call my border customs to get a refund for my duties and taxes. I am very disappointed with their service and lack of help in this situation. Won't be buying from them again! Order Id is M1DQ1507 Upon returning this watch I have just gained knowledge that they stole $121.00 canadian dollars from me. I returned the wrong watch that they had sent to me and upon trying to collect my refund from UPS which I paid $360.00 in duties through Jomashop, UPS informed me that Jomashop has stolen $121.00 from me due to the fact that it only costed UPS $239.00. Furthermore, when contacting Jomashop they told me there is nothing they can do. Jomashop is a fraudulent company and I recommend avoiding purchasing from them at all costs!!!!!!!”
