“**FRAUD ALERT** To begin, the shipment of my watch was delayed for multiple weeks; it took 10 weeks for it to ship when the website said 4 weeks. Once I finally received my watch, they in fact sent me the wrong one. When I called them to tell them, they claimed they sent me the right watch even though the serial number was completely different than the one I ordered. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and never succeeded. It took Jomashop two days to realize they did in fact send me the wrong watch and told me if I sent it back they will ship me the right watch. Once I sent it back, they informed me they will in fact not be receiving the watch I originally ordered. They did reimburse me for the watch although now I have to call my border customs to get a refund for my duties and taxes. I am very disappointed with their service and lack of help in this situation. Won't be buying from them again! Order Id is M1DQ1507 **Update, on top of the horrible service I received t I have just gained knowledge that they stole $121.00 canadian dollars from me. I returned the wrong watch that they had sent to me and upon trying to collect my refund from UPS which I paid $360.00 in duties through Jomashop, UPS informed me that Jomashop has stolen $121.00 from me due to the fact that it only costed UPS $239.00. Furthermore, when contacting Jomashop they told me there is nothing they can do. Jomashop is a fraudulent company and I recommend avoiding purchasing from them at all costs!!!!!!!”

“this is the third time I've purchased from Joma shop. I can't say enough of how satisfied I am with them . They are hard to beat on price and fast shipping with quality products. I bought two watches from them Movado and Gucci and I just purchased a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses. . Watches are running perfect after several years and saved hundreds on them Sunglasses got them for $135 Retail $260. and they are Perfect! will always come back to Joma”

“Product was exactly as described this is my 5th Movado watch that my partner bought for me for me for the holidays and it is perfect. I love the forest green band and the contrast of the dial. I highly recommend this watch.”

“Awesome, accurate and fast service. Only thing that could be improved is the info on shipping.....I was wondering if I was going to get me product when it was sitting in a PO box for a couple days that I made little effort to check because I got no confirmation of shipping.”

“They do not back up warranty service as promised on watches. There is a barely visible scratch that the warranty inspector claims is a deep dent that would have caused power reserve movement to be out of alignment. They merely do not want to take care of fixing a watch that they know needs to be repaired. The watch is in great condition and is a diving watch made to handle the pressures of 300 meters. There is no impact that could have caused the mechanism to fail. in addition, when i purchased the watch i called to tell them about the problem and they told me not to send it back until i had it checked by a watchmaker. I have suspicion that the watch was might have been a fake, now i think more than ever that it is either a fake or that they sell substandard quality watches. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID”

“I can't be more pleased with my purchase and experience with Jomashop. I ordered the black Orient Triton (Neptune) watch. Watch was shipped the same day I placed the order and arrived the next business day. Watch brand new with all tags and protective film attached. I will order from Jomashop in the future and recommend others do the same.”

“So far so good. I ordered my 1st MK Jomashop for the 1st and I was pleased.love, love love, and perfect timing. The price, was great and got plenty of compliments. I recently ordered a second watch for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. It was perfect. Definitely a satisfied customer. I will definitely refer you to my family and friends. Thank you!”

“I ordered a Fendi bag strap and after a week the strap started to fray. I called customer service and they stated that they are not responsible for wear and tear in a very snotty manner. I told him I only wore it a few times and he said again they are not responsible for wear and tear. He also stated that i can return if it is in the original condition which makes no sense at all!!! VERY VERY unhappy with the customer service and am planning on reporting to better business bureau.”
