Extremely horrible customer service. Unprofessional on the phone and unhelpful. What they tell you on the phone is different from what is on their website. Stay away from this company if you ever think about returning anything.

They shipped me a watch with a dead battery. When I contacted them to get a replacement, they offered $10 for a battery. I called a bunch of local jewelry stores and none of them will replace a battery for $10. Cheapest I could find was $16. I'm still waiting for my $10 credit. I would not buy from these careless crooks, they just don't care. Update: After they saw this review I received a refund Sept 16th. Update: On Dec 16th they reversed the $16 refund. This company is horrible. Petty and dishonesty will catch up with them as an eCommerce business. Read all the negative reviews before purchasing.

Easy ordering, Quick delivery, customer service was very helpful. I had trouble entering code. My son loved the watch for Christmas.

The watch we ordered on the 9th for a Christmas gift has not updated on the tracking since the 14th. Jomashop stated they wouldn’t reship or refund until the package was returned to the warehouse. Unfortunately USPS doesn’t have any idea where the package is and Jomashop still isn’t willing to do anything regarding a refund or a reshipment. They ended the chat out on me without any attempt at resolution. I’m currently having to dispute the charge with the credit card company just to try and find the watch somewhere else.

I ordered two watches on the 9th of December. I have had no update on delivery progress since Dec 18, when they had arrived at terminal destination to transport to destination country (Ireland). I have had no update since then.

the items have a good quality I can't complain about that.. but their customer service is the worst I ever talked with. I had to call 3 times to solve one issue I had with my order.... all 3 representatives totally suck, they dont know how to deal with the clients, never ask if there is something else the client may need. that's the reason I had to call 3 times for a single problem... the representative put me on hold when I was talking more than twice.... delivery it okay, take longer than they say but I still get the items. most of the time..

Stay away!!! Ordered Christmas gift for my wife one week in advance. Paid extra for 2 days shipping just in case. Called them one day before Christmas to make sure I get the item on time. CSR told me that the order was canceled few hours ago because the item is sold out. No emails. No apologies. WTF?

I found my tod’s brogues for almost 70% off the retail price, in my size! Excellent customer service. Shipping was a bit convoluted; but, the package arrived. Thank you!

The worst place ever online to order from . First I paid alot for the shipping and it arrived late and second of all i received a damaged sunglasses !!!!!!!!! This is the first and last time to order from this company . I dont recommend to order from there plus their customer service is very bad!

We paid almost $2,000 for a Tag Heuer smart watch. It did not come in the original box, the manual that was included was for a completely different watch and the worst part was all of the charging elements were not included making the watch completely useless since we could not even power it on. When we called Jomashop to ask about the missing cables, etc all they said is we can return the watch. When we told them we did not want to return the watch we just wanted the missing charging elements they said they could not get them for us. The said they could credit us $20 and we could go buy a charger. This watch has its own specific charger and they do not sell them anywhere except for eBay. When we explained this to Jomashop (something they should have known) they told us to return the watch. They did not even try to get us a charger, then we said we found one on Ebay for almost $200 and asked if we purchased it if they could credit us back the amount we are having to pay for the charger. Once again they said no and to return the watch. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Who sells a smart watch without a way to power it on?!!!
