“The price is competitive The items were delivered were undamaged and within the specified expected day of delivery. However, it would be better if the free delivery would just be within3 days only. Customer inquiries by email are responded to professionally within 24-hrs”

“I bought a Tissot watch. The strap that came with it was way too small, not the original band and is already separating. the customer service rep argued with me!!!! Horrible customer experience for a repeat customer. I will never order from here again and neither should you.”

“I bought two Mont Blanc pens. 1 listed as Brand new came Scoffed and scratched. Clearly a used pen. The box was also ripped. 2nd pen - I agreed to buy as. Open box - Listing said scratches. I figure - get it sent and see how bad/light the scratches are. Well the cap was crushed/smashed. Pieces broken or missing. I called customer service and got. The pleasure of speaking to a rude woman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JOMA SHOP.”
