The customer service is very bad. Had spoken to them about an exchange so they sent me a return label, however they did not disclose that the use of this label will deduct from the refund. The customer service rep suggested a repurchase so I paid shipping twice, plus paid to have the item shipped back for exchange. Then when I spoke to someone they mentioned that I should have used fast ship for free. Why wasn't this suggested in the first place? What wasn't it disclosed about the shipping cost for the label? They refused to give the full refund and kept the shipping costs. Horrible customer service.

My experience was bad from start to finish RMA #378014. I ordered an item and paid for expedited delivery the item didn't make it in time and I had to get something else at the last second. So I called and was told that under the circumstances a one time exception would be made and I would be credited the amount. I sent the item back with the paperwork. I never got anything back from Jomashop and followed up. I was then told their would be a restocking fee and I would not be credited the original amount but would get an in stor credit. I didn't receive that either. I followed up and and still got nothing back from them. So I emailed and was told I needed to call back again - where I started. I then received no responses to my emails. This started over a year ago and still no resolution. AVOID THEM...I have never had and experience like this, it was disappointment after disappointment.

Ordered a watch with a great price. They charged my card immediately and sent me an email saying it shipped. A week later, the item still had not been tendered to the carrier (their hold music boasts 24 hour shipping). Called customer service, they suggested that maybe the package had been stolen or misplaced en route to the carrier. I requested a refund. They said that was against policy, that they would look into it, and would email back confirmation. Two days later, I had not received any email and the package still had not been tendered to the carrier. I called back. They said that they would look into it and email me confirmation. I told them I was to have already received a "confirmation email," which never happened, and I wasn't hanging up without canceling my order. They refused to cancel the order, said it was "against their policy." I told them I would notify my credit card company and write a negative review. Customer service said "go ahead" and hung up on me... so here I am. If you get a good price on something and the transaction works out, great. But they will take your money immediately, and if there is an issue, customer service gives the runaround and won't refund even though they clearly don't have the item. If you must use them, pay with a credit card so you can get your money back, and prepare for hassle.

The shipping dates are completely misleading. They dont give you the exact arrival date. The customer service has a lot of attitude and even hang up on you. Dont bother to pay extra for shipping, they will ship you whenever they ship you, they don't care for your extra shipping payment so dont waste your money

I ordered a Suunto Ambit 3 on Veteran’s Day. I got an email saying that it wasn’t in stock and should ship within the next 4 weeks. No biggie, I am in no hurry. It arrived within 3 weeks. Not bad. Now the bad. The watch arrived in only part of the Suunto packaging. The watch box had been opened and the watch had been used. I complained to Jomashop. They took the watch back and refunded me all except for shipping. I won’t be doing business with them again.

Jomashop had the best price on the Orient Kamasu that I wanted. They beat out amazon on price by $30. It was delivered quick and exactly the day they told me it would be. I will buy more watches from them soon.

I had ordered a watch from jomashop. Received a mail that the product has been delivered but i never got the product. When i called them regarding the same, they asked me to check with the neighbours and go to post office and check. They are delivering a $528 watch and asking me to check with neighbours and post office. They should have called while attempting a delivery and should at least get a signature of the receiver. On further communications, they told me that they are going to proceed with a shipping claim, but won’t give an assurance for refund for the watch. The entire situation was handled very badly and it made me feel as if it is a fraudulent website. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. I would give more stars if possible! I often read reviews but do not write them but in this instance I felt it needed to be done. I had read previous reviews from others and I was a bit concerned. I had done a lot of homework before making my purchase and choosing who I would buy through. I called the customer service number for jomashop to ask them a few questions about their products and the reviews on line. Not only were they fast at answering they were helpful and took no offense to the hundred questions that I asked. I am not a retailer or a professional on authentic products but I was very pleased to see that the montblanc pen that I ordered I believe is a 100% authentic. So many people take the time to write a negative response for things that are partly their faults and it only hurts the companies at blame. This shop is excellent and I can’t say enough good about them. I bought this as a gift and I cannot wait to give it. I would shop at this store in the future and if you are questioning call customer service get your answers and you should shop there too.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company is a scam. I just lost $1400 because of a return policy that is clearly not stated appropriately on the website. Even though the watch was listed in stock and ready to ship, they consider it a special order and hit me for an 8 percent restocking fee. And I even called them before I made the order and told them I was buying for my son and wanted to be clear on the return date because I wasn’t sure he would like it. NO MENTION OF A RESTOCKING FEE despite several phone calls and a confirmatory email that I could return it up to a certain date. I just spent $1400 to have my son try on a $16000 watch and tell me he didn’t like the style of the watch. Once this company gets your money you will never get it back. STAY AWAY!!! There are plenty of discount watch sellers on the internet that aren’t scam artists! Go elsewhere. Needless to say, I will be suing them for return of my money.

i order my sunglasses and and i received defective frame was not straight i called them a same day and the lady on phone was so rude and i just want same product as its supposed to be but still i have to pay for shipping thats not good

I second the comment left by David Cheng regarding their 30 day price match guarantee which is a hoax. I ordered a watch among 5 other watches and noticed one model dropped by $400. I didn't bother re ordering because I haven't even received the watch yet and was sure they would credit the difference. Well, during that span of time it sold out and I was told they would not honour it and provided me with array of illogical, bs excuses telling me that they purchased at a different price and claimed no one got that price for any color until I proved that was a lie as other colors are still available at that discounted price online and i happened to have ordered another color at the discounted price [which they claimed not one person got and never was availiable at that price when I have the receipt To prove the lie...i had to laugh as they dont even bother to check their own website before lying ] The way that they handled it was insulting to my intelligence and when I didn't believe and disproved their lie, I was treated hostily.. They just lost a customer and 6 watches are on the way back after I receive them. To quite the previous customer, David cheng “I am disappointed with the way my price adjustment request was handled. The end result was "No" they will not honour because the item was marked down for Black Friday and to give me the discount or match the new price would be below cost. This is very curious- people who order the same item on Black Friday would be able to do so with no issue- while others who order prior cannot because it below cost ??? This in no way honours the price guarantee. I hope that you/Jomashop will take note of this fact and change the way the price guarantee is written.
