“Horrible experience. Bought watch 1/6/20 "5 to 7 business days" for delivery. Three weeks later, no watch. They never had the watch and kept stringing me along. As someone who buys 3 to 5 relatively high-end watches as year (personally or as gifts), I will never shop there again and have blocked all email notifications/ads. Not reputable. Not professional. Misled from the very beginning.”

“Bought a watch from Jomashop last March and had to return it 4 times. I asked if I can do an upgrade, cause this particular brand arrived defective to me 4 times and they wouldn’t let me do that. They just keep replacing my watches every time with a new one. every time I send it back I have to pay 10$ shipping charges. Overall for the past year I worn my watches for 3 months and jomashop had them for another 8 months at their service center. Horrible experience.”

“I tried On the Bulova Precision at a major retailer. I couldn’t get it out of my head and some of us know what that’s like. The retail was double what I found at Jomashop. I bought it and it does not disappoint. It’s not second or a discontinued model.”

“I’ve made two orders recently which came to be seven different items. I have received all but one. Still waiting and still in the dark as to when I might receive my last item. Especially since it appears to be “out of stock” now. Meanwhile, I’m pretty sure that wasn’t the case at the time I placed my order. Aside from that, the overall experience has left me extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend!”

“I ordered a J12 Chanel watch on Jan 2. Their website showed that it would be shipped in 1-3 business days. Waited for a week and the order status still showed “processing,” so I decided to contact them. The rep said it would be shipped in 3-5 business days. I waited again but the status still showed “processing.” I contacted them again and this time they told me some BS about PayPal extra layer of verification????? And then canceled my order!!! Do not waste your time buying from Jomashop. I went to buy the same watch from Watchmaxx and they shipped in 2 days without any problem. Avoid Jomashop at all cost!!!!”
