I bought a watch for my husband as a surprise promotion gift. It wasn't cheap!! When I presented it, he didn't like it and didn't want an expensive watch. He said he was happy with the Citizen watch he had. I returned it and paid $200 for return shipping. The credit was issued and Jomashop kept $600 from my return. So I basically spent $800 on NOTHING. I explained that their return policy seems clear on the front page of their website that says HASSLE FREE 30 DAY RETURNS. They said the details were in the return policy. Anything over a certain price has a return fee. When you click on the individual item, it also says HASSLE FREE 30 DAY RETURNS. I complained that they should say the policy clearly next to any items that are over their price limit so that it is clear there is a return fee. Now that I've complained (but not received any money back) I've noticed that when you click on Hassle free 30 day returns, there is additional verbiage that has been added that says "in accordance with our return policy, see policy here". Before the details were convoluted and buried (on purpose I'm sure). They are making a killing on returns from buyers like me that are used to Nordstrom, Amazon, etc, when the front website says something in bold letters, I tend to think they mean it. I'll never do business with them again. They are crooks!!!

they delivered an automatic watch which runs for less than 12 hours!!. i have returned it 3 times under warranty, they claim to have repaired it - but has never worked. a max of 12 hours and then watch stops. they refuse to replace the watch tho i have used the watch less than a total of 5 days. most dishonorable.

I am very happy with the service provided by Jomashop. It was my first purchase there but now they are my first go-to for watches. My watch arrived in about 4 days and the price was around $100 cheaper than anywhere else.

Great price. Probably the best price for this watch. ( I looked everywhere). Box had a little tear/dent but no big deal for me. Shipping was quick too. Overall happy with everything. Will definitely buy from them again. Already have my eye apn another watch.

Strictly first class and the real deal for service, quality, everything! I would not hesitate to purchase any watch brand from Jomashop again. They have it all in product, price, service, and customer care. What more can a buyer ask for?!

This site will not stop harassing you with emails and texts! I have unsubscribed from them multiple times and they do not stop. DON'T BOTHER BUYING FROM THIS SITE. YOU WILL NOT HEAR THE END OF IT!!

AVOID - WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY Do yourself a favor and buy from an authorized dealer. After sending my TAG HEUER in for repair under their warranty they falsely (and without any substantiation) claimed "Impact Damage" and that the repair wasn't covered under warranty. These people are crooks - plain and simple.

For starters this was seamless. I ordered 2 Burberry rucksacks. One of them was the ladies medium and the other the male Large. One was a gift and the other for me. I got the next day shipping and my bags arrived at 1pm the next day. The bags are flawless. Perfect in every way. If you worry about getting a fake bag from the internet don’t worry with Jomashop. These bags are authentic and beautiful. New with all the authentic paperwork. The customer service people were on their A game! Answered my questions (via insta gram) in a matter of minutes! I HIGHLY recommend. Seriously I bought bags that are on the Burberry website for 40% more than what I paid. Why pay retail!!?! I will most defiantly purchase again.

A terrible service center and a disregard for the customer In the jomashop.com store I ordered a BALL Airborn watch. When he reached me in many emails from 05/02/2020 I informed you that the watch has no protective foils and looks used. In response, I received information from store Jomashop.com „Rina” on 05/02/2020 The plastic may have fallen off during transport or removed during quality control .. They assured me that the watch was new and unused. The inner box was cut and damaged. The outer packaging was not cut. For a damaged box that they valued at chrono24.com at $ 100 after long conversations and many arrangements, they returned to me first $ 50 and then another $ 75. So the total cost of the box + $ 25 compensation for a product not as described. The watch came to me with an incompletely switched date, but when I wind it by hand, the date jumped into place. I thought that maybe it was a matter of incomplete winding or terrible transport conditions (The watch banged inside the box, sticking into it. It would be enough to secure it with a few centimeters of bubble wrap.) for which I paid in this case $ 49.90, and for Tissots previously ordered $ 15.90. I sent all photos of the damage to the store. They said I could send my watch back. I note that I have incurred considerable costs of shipping the customs and tax, so only in the event of ultimate necessity I would send it back. Because of my fear of illness, all the watches that I bought from you lay for two weeks in a box completely unworn by Tissoty and BALL. I wind them all by hand when they arrived to see if they were walking at all. A slight winding did not allow checking if the date switches correctly. First of all, I start wore Tissots bought from jomashop.com earlier. When I saw that 30 days were approaching - I believed that it was a fair declaration of return from jomashop.com and that if something was wrong with the watch, jomashop.com would approach it honestly. According to jomashop.com regulations, I had 30 days to return. 25 days from courier delivery from the store 5:15 p.m. I set up my watch and wind it by hand, and when I was up, the watch that lay in the box had the exact hour to the second, but the date did not switch completely. I knew that maybe I would have to return this watch to you and I didn't wear it, it was lying in my box. I shot it again (this time a little more 20-25 turns) around 6:30 p.m. and the date has not switched completely again. I would like to return it. A return letter was generated 27.5 days from the time I received the watch. And the watch itself sent the next day. Therefore, the watch is in the same condition in which I got it from you - I sent it to jomashop.com completely not worn. After 10 days of receiving the parcel by the store, I received a message that the watch is all right and that there is absolutely no return or exchange option because the watch looks worn. After many attempts I got from Poland to the store where Farrukh told me that there is no return option because the watch looks used. He did not listen that the watch was in a box and is in exactly the same condition as it came to me. He insulted me that maybe I can't operate the watch.He said that he would send me some pictures that the watch was used. Pictures of the watch were taken at customs. For 4 days please contact the mamger customer service department through all addresses on the site and massenger and no one will answer me. I am a stable man of 40 years with two children, honest and I would like to get what I paid for. I really like the watch and I want to have one, but please replace it with a new one with a correctly switching date. There is no contact with the store and the customer approach is very disrespectful. I advise against buying more expensive watches from this store

Purchased two Longines watches and both were received timely and in outstanding new condition. Happy with my purchases. The only negative is I would like to have added one link to the Longines Master watch but Jomashop does not order or have extra links in stock.
