“Take your business elsewhere. Over the years, ordered 4 watches from them (including Walmart, where they do business as Watchsavings); 3 of the 4 had real problems. They sell junk. They charged me to send back a watch that didn't work right. Pay a little more and buy from someplace better.”

“I ordered a pair of women's Ray-ban sunglasses for my Mother for Mother's Day. I knew the pair I wanted as they were just like mine so I ordered them from the website. Great price and fast shipping! The glasses were just as expected and she loved them!”

“Awful place. The watch stopped working less than a month after purchase. The warranty is awful it takes them several months to fix and the customer service is cruel and incredibly rude. Avoid shopping here at all costs.”

“BROKEN WATCH AND NO RESPONSE OR FOLLOW UP BY JOMAS! Avoid!! I received the watch and immediately realized it seems to be broken. I called customer service; after waiting an inordinate amount of time, finally spoke with someone. She was pleasant but took a long, long time trying to figure out what she could do to help me. Eventually she asked me to send her a video showing the problem. I sent it and asked what next steps are. So far, 2 days later and no follow-up. This is a *very* expensive purchase (for me) and is a graduation gift. I am very disappointed in your response so far and think I may have been totally taken advantage of.”

“Im order a watch from 28.12.2019 and im never received cause the stupid service of Jomashop. Till now is 08.05.2020, more than 160 days and 20 emails, my money not still back yet. I need my time for bussines, not for waiting or write email day by day with Joma, Rina or some other stupid guy of them. Its a scam, im ready to tell you about that, if you want to get information, just contact me via facebook, mail or phone. I keep all email from them. Order # M1FT7937”

“I bought a beautiful Rado hyper chrome woman’s white ceramic watch . I paid for 2 day delivery and it arrived as promised. It looks so good. The only problem has been is it ran an hour ahead one time after taking it off for the night .The following morning I just reset it. Not sure if that’s a problem or not. It’s automatic and maybe it’s just getting use to my body movements...the movements wind the watch. I love it anyway it’s a keeper.”
