“Do NOT buy from Jomashop...why? 1.) if a price is to good to be true.......its is 2.) if you have to go one a website like this to see if a site is reputable......more than likely it isnt. 3.) trust your gut - do not buy from fake retailer jomashop I tried Jomashop for the first time last week. I ordered with next day shipping. After a couple days with no feedback of item shipping/confirmation. I decided to call them to see what the hold up was. I was assured it would be shipped out tomorrow. The next day passes, I call again....same response. A couple days later im informed that they are "changing warehouses" and thats what the delay was. more BS excuses. the next day, there were assuring me the item is being shipped. the next day I call I was told they lost the item. the next morning they assured it would be shipped. I called back later that day and they said it was best to cancel because they have no clue where it is. 11 days after purchase I had to cancel because I was tired of being lied to and tired of jomashop all together. How many days/weeks/months Jomashop would have kept the order open i have no idea. Basicaly Jomashop has no clue what they are doing. They list items for sale and will gladly take your money for items they do not have in stock. Just save yourself the headache and buy from a credible supplier. do not buy from a JOKE wana be retailer like Jomashop. I give them 3 years before they go out of business **insert same old copy and pasted response from jomashop below**”

“I ordered a watch on the 4th. They took my money off my card. 11 days go by. The money is back on my card. They didn't even email me to tell me the watch was out of stock. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not order from them again.”

“I bought TISSOT Couturier Powermatic 80 with a discount of $ 50 per coupon and at the end when I paid it was not included 269$-219$ five minutes later I canceled the order. I was told that my cancellation request was accepted. but in the morning I was informed that my watch was sent to me I talked with this lady but there was no sense; Ariel Customer Service (877) 834-1434”

“Bought a reowned Rolex Sub 116610ln, called 4 times to ensure the year of the product is correct as stated on the website. The watch purchased was a 2018, however when I received it, it was 2014 as stated on the box and papers. Called to get money back or a return, ended up working out a partial refund. would not recommend buying used watch as I have used them for brand new watches. Last time ever buying from them.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Customers pay to return items then they deduct their shipping cost from YOUR refund?!?! That’s not good customer service. I paid for the item...if you charge for shipping place it on the bill. They’re getting something for NOTHING!! Returns are the price of doing business.”

“I’ve purchased 4 (maybe 5, can’t remember who supplied my FOIS) watches from Jomashop and over time each experience with their customer service is worse. Started great when I purchased a Tissot and the chronograph sub-dials did not return to zero. They gave me a return authorization but also offered phone support to tell me how to reset them. It worked perfect and was a great experience. A couple of years later I purchased a Glycine Airman (pre-Invicta). Again all went fine. Then I ordered a Zenith El Premiro that they never fulfilled only said if they get one they can sell for the price they sold it to me for they would ship it. Customer Service was useless. After 5 of 6 months I cancelled. The last watch, a month ago, was a Breitling Premier Bently which I know would not come with factory warranty card, but this did not have a Bentley Tag, nor Jomashop Warranty card, and no COSC card which is watch/manufacturer specific, not dealer related. This watch could be a return a refurb or anything especially without paperwork, tags, etc. This effects the price I’ll get when I sell this watch in the future. All of a sudden it’s less than grey market, it’s watch, box and no papers. When I talked to customer service it was tuff luck, they don’t supply it, I can return it if I don’t like it. I did ask for them to give me my Jomashop Warranty and send a Jomashop warranty card. They sent me a letter giving me a number of days to go online to a specific web address and register my watch for warranty. When I tried to do that Microsoft indicated a fatal Security violation on this IP address and the sight was not Jomashop and had issues with its security credentials. My other grey market dealers supply the full set with tags attached and two of them supply the balance of the manufacturers warranty and dealer stamped warranty card. Jomashop has steadily gone down hill. I used to recommend to everyone, not anymore.”

“You can buy Ray Band sunglasses through multiple online retailers. Since price is an important factor for expensive products like these, Jomashop offered one of the best values. I also got them in about 4 days. Thanks.”

“I've had ok dealings with Jomas so far although I haven't purchased any real expensive timepieces from them as of yet but was hesitant due to the delivery on a few items of under $500 just being left by my mailbox on a busy street several hundred yards from the house and my front door, unacceptable! Front door okay, across the street, no thanks.”
