“DO NOT BUY any luxury items from this company unless you are willing to pay someone for authenticity. Spent thousands dollars on a item that doesn’t even come with original tag and dust bag , authentic card. Nothing besides a bestpresso box warped for you ! I don’t know if the item was real or fake !! Chat with one of their customers service agent , I was told that is the way they get products from vender, if I’m not happy with it , I need to pay my own shipping fee plus restocking fee to return it. Worst customer service ever ! Do not waste your time and money on this company !!!”

“Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Ordered Celine sunglasses & received Dior case, cloth, & box. I was offered $5, then $15, compensation due to them not having a Celine case to provide. Hung up on, spoken over, and sarcastic comments from “Manager“ & “Representative.” Highly dissatisfied & I encourage all to beware!”

“Do not order from here. I rarely return anything and decided to do to description. I had to pay out of pocket for my return shipping. Then they deducted over 100 from my order reimbursement. Saying that it was from shipping when I already paid. No one gets back in a timely manner. I didn’t hear back for weeks. And never have seen the money. It’s fine. Unless you need to return. Buyer Beware. Rude customer service replies when you finally receive one. If you have to pay for shipping. You should not have to lose more money on top of that. Don’t buy from here.”

“Customer service is horrific. Spent $475 on a Tissot diving watch that got moisture inside from going in my pool just one time. When dealing with them by email all you get are sarcastic one sentence replies. Would never buy from them again. Definitely stay away!!”

“Buyer beware: Watch (Hamilton Jazzmaser) broke within a few months. I had to pay to return watch to them. They fixed it after 7 weeks. Watch broke again shortly after. I now have to pay again to send back watch to repair it again. No full refund available. Only store credit.”

“I ordered an Omega Constellation in late June. The listing said usually ships within 6-10 weeks. Within days of making the purchase, I noticed Jomashop had raised the price in the listing by $300. When I called to ask about the status of my order, they simply said it hasn't shipped yet and wouldn't provide any additional information, they weren't helpful. So now we're at ten weeks and I'm waiting to see if Jomashop will deliver my order or make me wait until I cancel so they can sell it at a higher price. We'll see. If they deliver, I'll update this post.”

“Just terrible service. Takes ages to get through to someone by phone and they are rude and useless when you do get through to them. Trying to get them to fix something with an order is just impossible. I have bought a few watches from them, but never again”
