“THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CHAT IS TERRIBLE AND THE PERSONS BEHIND THE CHAT ARE RESPONDING VERY LATE, THEY DO NOT ANSWER CLIENT'S QUESTIONS PRECISELY AND KEEP SENDING SOME NON-RELATED POLICIES. IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO BUY SOMETHING FROM ANOTHER PLACE, CONSIDER THAT, THE ONLY POSITIVE IS THE CHEAP PRICES, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!”

“This company is a total scam. They pay people to post fake reviews so you feel ok ordering. Then you get your watch. Mine was broken. Jomashop is a total scam! Joma shop is a rip off. Avoid this place.”

“If you buy from Jomashop you’re playing Russian Roulette. I purchased an Omega Watch from them and the first time I wore it it stopped running. It had been slightly over 30 days and they had me send it in for repairs. After 2 1/2 months and much complaining, the staff said the watch had been repaired but couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it. I even offered to purchase another watch for $2000 additional and they wouldn’t even discuss it. Be aware if you buy anything from Jomashop that their customer service is horrible.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The customer service reps are rude and nasty. They hang up on you without listening to you. My package was lost by Fedex guys and jomashop guys almost implied that it was delivered and that i was lying. I couldn't believe the way they were handling the case and being so rude to me. Plz save your money and run!!”

“I ordered the SEIKO 5 SPORT AUTOMATIC BLACK CANVAS WATCH. THE watch didn't work out of the box. I called customer service and they convinced me to try the instructions for setting up the self-winding mechanism again. Still didn't work. The return policy to insure the watch costs more than half the value of the original purchase. It seems to me Jomashop should be responsible for the proper functioning of the watches they sell.”

“I shop online fairly regularly and never really had any problems returning a faulty product until I met these guys. Purchased a $500 Tissot watch which came with a faulty strap. I contacted on the day I received the watch to notify the strap was faulty and want to return it. However, instead of emailing me an instruction to return the watch, they sent an instruction on how to use a deployment buckle... I emailed them back saying the buckle is faulty but I never got a response from them again. Sent a follow up email a few days later but still nothing. I escalated it to Paypal and a few days later, they sent me a repair service paperwork which it asks me to return the watch for a repair at my own cost!! It just doesn't make any sense to send a new watch back for a repair when you got a faulty product from them in the first place. Also I live in Australia so the shipping fees will be at least $30-40 and it took around a month to get a watch from Jomashop (ordered in early Oct and received in Nov) so by the time the watch gets sent back and repaired, I might need to wait at least 2 months to get it back. It's just been a horrible experience shopping at Jomashop. I'm pretty shocked at how this big online retailer has such a horrible return process.”

“Ordered a Cartier watch on 9/6/2020 and the shipping time frame showed 3-5 weeks. Today is 11/20/2020 and my order status still shows “Awaiting shipment”. It’s been 75 days and my watch has not even shipped yet. I have called Jomashop 3 times, and was told everytime that they have no idea when it will ship, but it will one day. The last representing even told me “sir, you have to be patient” not sure how much more patient I am expected to be when I’ve waited 75 days... TERRIBLE experience.”
