“I ordered a watch from them on April 15, 2020 and received the watch April 22, 2020. Opened the box, looked at the watch and set it in my watch case. A month later, I looked at the watch as I was planning to wear it that day. The plastic was still on it and the watch stopped working on May 10, 2020. I contacted them right away and the answer I got is they will pay me to have a local shop change the battery. Changed the battery and didn't get a refund from them. I then placed it back on my watch case. I left it there until I was thinking of using the watch for Father's day. I looked at the watch on June 20, 2020 and found the watch stopped working again. I contacted them again and the same day June 20, 2020 and I did not get an email or reply from them. June 23, 2020, I called them and explained that the watch stopped working again and I need a replacement. The guy hang up on me and just sent me the return form and now I have to pay the shipping back to them. I would not waste time buying from this company again. I'm going to block them after this is resolved and go somewhere else. This is not the first purchase I had with them. But this is definitely the worst purchase experience I had with them.”

“Poor customer service, I ordered a watch that was supposed to ship on Thursday before Father's Day, it was a gift but nothing yet. I still have not received the watch. When I called, the customer service representative could not tell me an exact date. I called again, and another rep told me the watch would ship today and it did not. Very disapointed!”

“Ordered a Rado watch. Paid be credit card. Received a wrong cheaper watch in the box. Still trying to return. All lines stay busy when you select to return. I hope this place has not turned into a scam. Its forcing me to lodge complaint with credit card company and dispute payment.”

“Jomashop has the best watch prices I've seen on line. I love Movado watches and this is the first place I look before buying. I've actually purchased several Movado watches from them. My recent purchase was less than half price of the original price. I collect Movado watches and been looking for this particular watch for a long time. I just happened to find it a couple of weeks ago on their website. I love finding good deals and if you are in the market for a nice watch - take a look at their website. You'll be glad you did. Excellent prices and customer service!”

“I’ve recently made 2 purchases from the Jomashop. The first was a watch I had been searching for and the second was one I ran across looking up the first. Both transactions have been flawless. “I have made a few purchases from jomashop over the years. I recently purchased creed aventus, I am very concerned it is a fake, I have had this cologne before and this one is MUCH different, no lasting power and it does not even smell the same in general. I emailed them asking about the return policy and have not heard back. If you buy from them you are rolling the dice, I won’t be going back. Happily pay retail for the real thing.”

“I ordered a Longines Hydroconquest from Jomashop. It did not work when it arrived. I took it to a watch store and they said it was defective. The watch store was closed when the watch arrived due to the COVID-19 epidemic, but they opened within two weeks of receipt of the watch, and I returned it the next day after receiving the diagnostic that it's defective, well within the 30 days advertised on Jomashop's website. However, Jomashop won't take it back, claims it was scratched, even though it could not have possibly been worn since it was not working and needed to be sized. I've never heard of brand new Swiss watches that arrive broken from reputable, authorized dealers. My concern is Jomashop sold me a counterfeit, broken watch.”

“I have been a customer for a couple of years now, I love my watches that I have purchased for Myself and my partner loves the watches that I have purchased for him. I generally get him a watch on his birthday and some holidays too. I love how easy and quick it is to find what I'm looking for, order and receive the products. Customer service is top notch.”

“First purchase. Great experience shopping for choice, reading Jomashop customer reviews gave me confidence in the watch I chose. Ten day DHL tracking from Brooklyn, NYC to Heathrow Airport, UK via customs etc etc. New watch packaged ex factory and sealed. Option to pre-pay customs excise for fuss free payment.”
