“Just terrible service. Takes ages to get through to someone by phone and they are rude and useless when you do get through to them. Trying to get them to fix something with an order is just impossible. I have bought a few watches from them, but never again”

“Solid company, originally ordered a watch..waited two weeks and called. It was never fulfilled because I had ordered the last one and it was determined that it was “lost in the wearhouse”...customer service was helpful though and they’re reputable and very solid overall.”

“I never received the order. The order was for a gift. Had to go spend extra money on a gift because, I still have not gotten a refund. In the times we are living now, I should not be waiting to get my money back.Person in Customer service that I spoke to last super rude... NEVER USING them again,”

“I purchased a Seiko Prospect watch form this company. One of the reasons I did so was that I understood that if I was not satisfied I could get a refund. After I received the watch and wore it for a few days I discovered that it did not keep time consistently. JOMA suggested that I try several adjustments which I did. Since the watch still had problems, I followed the return instructions and asked for a refund. I was advised that because I had worn the watch I was. not entitled to a refund. In my view, this makes their claim that refunds are available a false one because you can't try out a watch without wearing it. Look out for this company. They claimed to me that there were signs of wear on the watch but I barely wore it and never subjected it to any use that it exposed it to wear.”

“Be careful with these guys...if your watch works and there's no issues they're fine but wait until they send you something defective...ordered a mechanical watch with a date complication ..arrived defective, the date window wouldn't turn over. I sent it back....they print a shipping label but don't pay for return shipping so that was out of pocket. My intention was for them to replace the watch....they didn't ask what I preferred and refunded the purchase instead. What did I gain out of this purchase? Out of pocket shipping costs that they should have covered back to them for them to refund only the price of the watch. Not to mention the time it took me to go through this process. After emailing them and letting them know what happened they ignored me. Won't be purchasing anything from them again.”

“Purchased a Seiko and wanted to change the band. Contacted Seiko to find out my options because all 22mm bands do not fit the same. Seiko explained the watch was not Seiko USA authorized and Jomashop is not a Seiko authorized dealer. It took more than 35 minutes on the phone while also waiting using their online chat and waiting as well. This is too long. Prior attempts to contact them on two occasions via their Contact Us form went unanswered. If pricing is everything to you, take the risk. If you need customer support, you are in trouble.”
