Bought a sunglasses on Tuesday,paid extra for a two day shipping just to make sure I have it on time,I got a message that it was shipped through FedEx to be delivered Friday,FedEx failed to deliver my order on Friday,I called FedEx and they told me Jomashop had put a restriction on my order,I asked them of the type of restriction on an order I already paid for,but FedEx won’t tell me.I called Jomashop many times,no one to pick up my call,tried to use their chat room but that too is very frustrating and annoying as they have no under to my issue.I sent a mail to their support center,till date no response.Got in touch with them on Twitter,IG and Facebook,yet no response.Till this moment my order is nowhere to be found. I will only recommend this store for people who don’t mind been frustrated,abandoned and uncared for.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses and was never delivered. I called Jomashop and was given a 2nd date that it would be delivered, and if it wasn't delivered they would send another pair out priority. 2nd date comes, not delivered... I call and all they could tell me is, "this has been happening a lot lately, it is probably lost". In the end they offered me a more expensive pair of glasses that I would have to pay the difference of. Very unsatisfied with their customer service and how they handled their problem.

Really Really poor customer service, as long as they got paid, they don't care about extra service work. If they have 0 star, i will choose 0 star. 1 star is too much for them.

I have bought coins and other merchandise from this place before and paid with CC. Last time they cancelled my purchase for “ some inconsistency “ though it was paid with the same CC. If I had known that at the time of the purchase I wound have bought it somewhere else but it was too late. The real reason was that price of the coin went up while they were sitting on my order and they decided just to cancel my order. Couldn’t get real answer from customer service and they were very hostile on the phone . Be aware !!!

As an International customer, I would have to advise everyone who is thinking of dealing with this company that you are taking a risk with your purchase. In my case I ordered a watch and they sent me the wrong model. Subsequently, due to their error, I had to send the item back at my expense. Not only did I lose postage in both directions (150 dollars Australian all told), but they failed to refund me the entire amount for my purchase which had to be made up by my credit card company. On top of this the packaging and watch serial numbers were different. This company is dodgy. I would avoid purchasing from them at all costs!

At the surface, everything looks great with JOMASHOP....but the reality is quite different. Know this before you order: 1) If you cancel your order, double check EVERY day that they received your cancellation and that your credit card no longer has the amount PENDING !! Their cancellation system is automated and FAILS !! 2) If you return your order, you will be stuck with high FEDEX charges. If you use your own service, they still charge you for the original "free" shipping. 3) Customer help is extremely unpleasant and typical of their location. I will never use their services again, when there is a service that has a FANTASTIC selection and a GREAT and customer friendly return policy ! You know which one!!

Seiko Men's Two-Tone Stainless Steel, Blue Dial & Brown Leather Strap, Eco-Drive ‘Solar’ Watch (SNE102) $109.99; normally $225.00 (From Jomashop) Ordered July 16th; arrived July 23 This watch has a ‘40s-era look to it; a watch Howard Hughes might have worn while flying 'The Spruce Goose.' The light blue dial is nice (my dial seems to be lighter than in the photo) and my gold ring, darker, also. I noticed that the second hand actually moves precisely to the second marker—not many of my other watches are that accurate. (Ya gotta love these Eco-Drive Solar watches, eh?) The face says it is water-resistant to 100 meters, but due to its leather strap, I will not get it wet. It is the least expensive of all my watches—one of my nicest. Go figure…

If I could give them a negative review, I would. An item that was supposed to be in stock did not ship out till 3 weeks later. In the meantime, my emails were not replied to, calling in was no help as an estimated wait time which was supposed to be 5 minutes took 40 only to be disconnected. When the item was finally received, it was the wrong one! The birthday this present was for will come and go by the time I finally receive the right item which I need to be charged for twice till the wrong item they shipped is returned. Shop at your own risk with them!

I ordered a pair of Persol sunglasses from this website. They arrived over 10 days after they were supposed to initially arrive and when they finally came, they sent me a completely different pair of sunglasses from the ones I ordered. I also contacted customer support with an email and they never responded. After this I called and waited on hold for 40 minutes and they just told me that they should come soon. No tracking # or anything. Super poorly run business and I won’t be coming back here. I’d rather damage my retinas than deal with purchasing another pair of sunglasses from this site.

Horrible customer experience. I'm glad I did not purchase a high end watch there. They never pick up the telephone. you are on hold forever. Never respond to e-mails either.

I have ordered 3 watches from them and 2 pair of sunglasses. I suspect the pricing reflects the fact that the watches are from someone's old inventory because I had to replace batteries within a year or 2 after buying them. But its been 3 to 5 years now (depending on the watch) and the watches run great. I also still have the sunglasses, too. Unlike the review below, I did get certificates of authenticity on the watches. I think Jomashop is a good deal.

I ordered a new genuine Longines Watch. When received there was no corrector tool or warranty card to register the watch for warranty.

FRAUD COMPANY***BEWARE**JOMASHOP I bought a wallet to give as gift for 40th bday. Its been over 2 months. Wallet never arrived and they didnt refund money either. They just dont reply to my mails/calls.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on May 22nd. It's now june 28th and I still haven't received my order. When I called to get a status the representative said it will be another 2-3 weeks before they are shipped. 2 months to get a pair of sunglasses seems very unreasonable to me. I won't be using jomashop again.

They sent me a used watch trying to pass it off as new.It had no paperwork, it was not factory wrapped,and someone had taken many links out of the bracelet. When I called they said it was new,the manual is online only now.Hamilton includes manuals with all watches.They didn't even acknowledge the other problems that clearly showed it was used.Total con artists.

Purchased new Oris Watch from Jomashop and after three months the pin to the band came lose and was lost. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Jomashop would not honor warranty as they had carved out/separated the bracelet from the watch warranty. I am going to have to send the watch to Oris repair to have them repair their defect as the bracelet and "pins" are proprietary to Oris. Stay away from Jomashop.
