“Awful. Ordered a hoodie which looks black and white in the picture but is actually bright green. Tried to contact 3 times to return but no reply. Finally got a reply to be told well we don’t state green or white be careful what you order never know what colour it could be. Other sites put green in description I have checked. Wouldn’t order from them again.”

Hi Rachel It's correct we don't specify the secondary colours of item/s on the product pages. We believe the imagery under studio lighting best represents the clothing as best as possible. Regards

“Absolutely useless, ordered something over 15 days ago and still haven’t received it even though the initial delivery stated 2-3 days. Sent an email to their help mailbox and have been ignored. Luckily my bank has a chargeback service which I’ll use to get my money back.”

“I ordered 2 hats and one is completely bent out of shape, this was actually due to the post man shoving it through the letter box. But, I have emailed in order to start the process of getting a replacement and haven't gotten a reply”
