I received a pair of jeans with a hole. Notified LR and sent the jeans back for a refund, LR sent them back to me saying there's no hole. Emailed them again, sent the jeans back for the second time to LR, pointing out the hole, and asking for a refund. Guess what? LR send me a new pair of jeans (which I didn't want), not a refund. The returns are not free, so ended up spending £10 extra on a pair of jeans I didn't even want, to get them sent back to me twice. LR promised a refund for the shipping, never received, even after I chased them repeatedly. Appaling service, DO NOT BUY anything from them. Also, the number of 5* reviews is due to the fact they offer 20% off if you give them a 5* review. They don't deserve anything above 1*. They are also saying this has been resolved, which it has not, as they have not issued the promised refunds for the post, nor have they responded to my repeated emails asking them to do so. Won't be buying from this company again. No returns allowed on headgear, no returns allowed on any sale items either. More reputable companies do not have returns policy as difficult as this. I was also charged for delivery despite the website making it very clear that all orders over £50 would have free delivery. I also sent a contact form to the company via its own website. I received an acknowledgment email so I know they received my message and 2 weeks later still haven't received a response. Basically can't be bothered to deal with companies as difficult as this so won't be wasting my energy in dealing with them again. Sunny

Hi It's correct we cannot accept returns on headwear due to hygiene reasons, especially more so with COVID and the government guidelines relating to this. We have been running various offers throughout November and December, some include free delivery and others have not. Our offers are subject to change at any time. Regards

Very disappointed, I have still not received my order that was dispatched on 25/11. O also haven't had any response from my two emails sent, asking where my order is. Poor service!

Hello I can see you order was delivered on 8-12-2020 under royal mail tracking: 2D048239900000001A98E. Some delays are expected at this time of year with Royal Mail dealing with an increase in mail and also managing COVID regs. Regards

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received. I paid £5 for next day delivery and I didn’t receive my order for a week! I emailed multiple times to find out where my order was with no response. I wouldn’t order from you again and I certainly would NOT recommend your services to anybody. Disgraceful.

Hey Afzal - we've not been running next day delivery as an option at checkout during our black friday sale - you did select royal mail delivery which is currently at 4-10 working days. Regards

I ordered an XL t shirt and received an XS t shirt, it even stated on the invoice and outer packaging that it should be an XL. I wrote to Lost Rockstar asking if they would cover the delivery charges for their error and I had no response. Will not shop again, very poor service.

Hey Daz Sorry to hear about this. It looks like from what you've said there was an XS tshirt in XL packaging. Not to worry we can resolve this and apologies for this mix up. We will feed this back to the brand in question. Meanwhile our returns policy is on our website and this includes a section on what to do if you've received an incorrect item. On May 31st, 2020 I ordered a t-shirt and sweatpants. I accepted the expensive shipping to Germany. The package arrived on June 8th, 2020, unfortunately the jogging pants are much too tight. I wrote to the seller on 06/10/2020 (within the 14 day period) and explained to him that the jogging pants did not fit and I would like to send them back. Then I got this answer "Hello Returns are 14 days. You are over 14 days No we do not offer free returns. "In my opinion, this is absolutely unfriendly and the seller is violating his own alleged services! I will not order there again and advise everyone against this shop!

Hello Pascal I think you have misunderstood the email to you. Our returns policy is 14 working days, as long as items are sent back to us, we have no problem to refund to you. We do not offer free returns and returns costs are at your own expense. Regards

Rude as anything whoever is dealing with customers on facebook needs to sort out there attitude like when i said you need to be more nice to customers if you want them returning the responce (give over lad for a £19 tshirt really?) made me laugh like talking to a cheeky teenager but other than that cant fault there delivery and price just shame about the idiot who i dealt with on facebook

Thanks for the review. However its slightly inaccurate as you were very aggressive on your messages. Despite selecting a slower and cheaper delivery method you seemed to suggest it should be delivered quicker without selecting the necessary delivery service. If I could rate zero stars I would. It has been 13 days since I ordered with next day delivery and I still haven’t received my item. I emailed about it and I got no response so I had no option but to raise a dispute with PayPal in hope this problem gets resolved. I will not be ordering from you again and I will suggest that to others too.

Despite response to my review yesterday I have still not received your email about my order from 27th Nov. Please respond as I suspect my parcel must now be lost and I need to obtain my present for my son Thank you.

Hi Diana I can see your parcel left us on 27/11/19 and service to Ireland is usually excellent. I will drop you an email now with the tracking number and you should be able to collect this from your local depot in Ireland. Regards

Email advertising free next day delivery, ordered and no option for free next day available at check out so paid paid the charge, it took over a week to arrive then it was the wrong item. Long winded process having to download and print your own returns note. Also means I’ve paid two way postage for nothing. There are better and more efficient sites available.

Hi Derren During peak times we can't always offer next day delivery (and to note, its never free - only standard delivery is free) so for that reason we take it off to manage delivery time expectations. Horrendus. Still waiting for a package over 9 days now. Yes i know it was the week coming up to black friday. Your emailed reaponse is not very apoligetic. Your website states delivery next for products if you buy now (today). Dont see how u can approve that but not deliver something ordered over a week ago?
