I ordered two t shirts only one arrived..tried contacting them about 6 times now and no reply at all! Worst customer service I've ever had. Shame because it's a good site with good delivery. Had to let PayPal deal with it. Hope they get it sorted.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Nobody replies to any messages. Also the worst refund policy, having to pay to return items is an absolute joke. I am also still awaiting my refund.

Hi Andrew We've replied to you several times via Facebook messenger and had a full conversation with you so to state "we never reply" is incorrect. It's true we do not offer free returns. Once your item/s are back at our warehouse returns are typically processed in 7-14 days. Thank you.

I have returned my coat over a month ago and have not recieved my money back. I have emailed them multiple times and no reply. Do not buy if your expecting a refund.

Avoid this company if you expect a refund !!!. They signed for my returned items 27th August and after several emails still no refund or credit note OR NO REPLY FROM ALL EMAILS. They will reply to your review apologising and tell you to email them help@lostrockstar but they still don’t reply. I am contacting trading standards and so should everyone else who have had this same problem AND FROM READING REVIEWS THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER COMPLAINTS

Hi Lisa I just checked this for you and your credit note was emailed to you 3 days after your item arrived at our warehouse. If you havent received it, or would like another email sending with the code - just write to us, help@lostrockstar.co.uk Regards

Ordered an item, paid for next day delivery, it’s been over 2 weeks now and still not revived it! 4 emails to this company and not had anything back! Shambles of a customer service!

I will never use this website again. Sent my order back for a refund and 5weeks after it been signed for I’m still waiting for my money with no explanation? Tried 3 times to make contact by email and through there website and been ignored every time. The customer service for this website is just non existent!

Ordered 2 pairs of Jeans which I don't like. Went to return them and instructions on the website state the returns form must be used but no returns form was included with my delivery. Have emailed several times requesting a returns form or some assistance but have been completely ignored. Will not use again and do not recommend as their customer service is non existent!!

Only received one item when two were ordered but payment for both items was taken. Tried contacting multiple times but no response. Safe to say I won’t be ordering again. Update* still haven’t received second item or refund 3 weeks later, even though I was told it was shipped. Only response you get is from writing a review

Have I been robbed? After trying on my two items, I wanted different sizes. I sent the items back and 30 days after the items arrived back with lost rockstar (signed delivery) I have not received a refund, exchange of sizes or any replies to my emails asking about the returns.

Awful. Ordered a hoodie which looks black and white in the picture but is actually bright green. Tried to contact 3 times to return but no reply. Finally got a reply to be told well we don’t state green or white be careful what you order never know what colour it could be. Other sites put green in description I have checked. Wouldn’t order from them again.

Hi Rachel It's correct we don't specify the secondary colours of item/s on the product pages. We believe the imagery under studio lighting best represents the clothing as best as possible. Regards

Absolutely useless, ordered something over 15 days ago and still haven’t received it even though the initial delivery stated 2-3 days. Sent an email to their help mailbox and have been ignored. Luckily my bank has a chargeback service which I’ll use to get my money back.

After ordering and not receding anything after a full week despite paying extra for quicker delivery, I contacted them via their website. A week later still no response and still no goods arrived. I then contacted them again via their website telling them to either contact me or I would be driving to their offices to get a refund. I received the following email from their customer services team “Ok ten men, your tracking number is 3204823990000D4A124F8 Please check with royal mail when they will deliver.” Rude response, so I replied; “Well what else do you expect when my order hasn’t been delivered and you’ve just ignored my first query.. not really ten men is it - not even an apology for the delay or anything. Got a lot to learn about customer service and keeping repeat business. That tracking number is a waste of time, see below screenshot. Not even attempted to deliver yet. When was it posted?” To which they replied “ ITS NOT INVALID IT JUST SAYS AN UPDATE WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED THEY HAVENT ATTEMPTED DELIVERY YET. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHEN THEY WILL DELIVER - CALL THEM!” Probably the worst customer service experience ever received, and being so aggressive when they are in the wrong delaying sending my goods and ignoring my initial query. Doubt they will have many repeat customers or much of a business at all if this is how they plan to carry on trading...

I am beyond disappointed after returning a pair of jeans at the end of may I still haven’t received a refund and have had no corespondents from this company, despite submitting a query form. There is no contact number or email so I am able to speak to someone, I would highly advise for people not to deal with this company

Hi, As we discussed via emails - our system put an automatic hold on your order due to a high risk issue. The system emailed you to advise of this and asked you to provide further identification. Once this was provided your order was released and delivered on 04 Jul 2019. I am sure you can appreciate we take attempted fraud orders very seriously. While its inconvenient to have a delay on your order, its something we must to do ensure our customers are not a victim of fraud. Thanks

Stay away from this lot, absolute racquet. Order two pairs of jeans for holiday, both came and they were the wrong size. Emailed them straight away to no response. Emailed twice more after returning the items special delivery over three weeks later still no response. No hardship, credit card have refunded me and their legal claims team are dealing with these crooks..
