Ordered winter puffa coat for my son, paid for next day delivery as it was needed that day. Never arrived until the following day!! I’ve emailed few times with no reply. Won’t be ordering anything again

Hello, Please be aware our next day delivery cut off time is 4pm. I can see you purchased after this time hence the late arrival.

Order 136529Ordered a pair of gym king jeans and roya 1 top,both were faulty so I ordered them again the the 15th sep then only one top arrived with no jeans ??10 days since I purchased them!? WHERE ARE THEY?????emailed 3 times and no reply!

Reviewed last week, I have not received my refund or any response to the multiple emails I have sent over the past 2 months!!! Company is a scam! Replied on this website saying refund was processed and was emailed which is a LIE! Do not use. Also you cannot respond or submit another review from the same account. Company states to email the help address but they never reply. Prove my refund and prove you have sent an email! Daniel

On my previous post 2 days ago, this is complete lies and you have not refunded the money and have not emailed me. I have contacted help@lostrockstar.co.uk multiple times but there is never a reply!! Forward the email confirmation that you supposedly sent back in July and provide proof that a refund was processed!!

Worst customer service/ non existent. Returned my order within 14 days using tracked and signed but still waiting for a refund over 2 months ago. Filled in the online returns help form multiple times and sent separate emails but have had no reply. Other review websites have many customers with the same issue warning the returns are a SCAM!

Would never buy from lost rockstar again I paid £5.99 for next day delivery and had it week later and made numerous of email to lost rockstar and still wait for them to reply

Hi Julie - please check your junk and spam folders for a reply. Unfortunately orders made on Friday evenings are not picked and packed until the following Monday. We do state this online. Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback however good or bad. LR.

Order 128531 I ordered a shirt on 11 July and received an incorrect one which I returned by return of post. Despite several emails I am still waiting for a refund nearly two months later so it seems I will have to report this to trading standards to try to resolve this issue.

Order 130134. Tried to deliver my return items on the 30th no one signed for my package I then had to organise a redelivery- which can I say is not for me to do but people whom work at the company. The package was redelivered on Friday I want someone to confirm they have it and will give me my refund - Royal Mail saying delivered but all my emails from lost rockstar are being ignored. This is the worst service I have ever had currently £200 out of pocket if no one gets back to me I will be re porting this to trading standards seems like an ongoing issue. Bitterly disappointed

I received my order on monday and it arrived with an item missing. My order number was 130241 and the item missing was an xlarge khaki fresh corture tshirt ( im writing this in the hope they see this but i doubt it). Ive sent multiple emails and form submissions via the website with no progress. I.had one email back asking what item was missing which is information ive already provided multiple times and is now extremely tiresome. Ive sent emails to help@lostrockstar.co.uk and tweeted them and I'm being ignored. I'm after a telephone number to actually speak to someone but unable to fnd one attributed to this compamy Im bitterly disappointed in the service ive received from lost rockstar and seemingly have no confidence that this will get resolved. I have asked for a refund on the t-shirt that didn't arrive that was apart of my order but again have had no response so as it stands im now out of pocket for the money i paid for this t-shirt with nothing to show for it. *update replying to lost rockstars reply below* I can't believe im relying on a review forum for correspondence since lostrockstar aren't getting back to me via email. 1. there is nothing in my junk/spam apart from 1 email i mentioned above which has you stating which item was missing which i replied back to. There is nothing else in spam/junk inbox you name it, you haven't replied back to anything else since. 2. And most importantly i haven't received the item in question. You've checked CCTV which i appreciate but im telling you this item did not arrive. There was 1 parcel that arrived on Monday umtampered with, which had the invoice and 2 of the 3 items. Im not making this up. What else do you want me to do, how else can i prove that i didn't receive this item? Please consider your response because if this isn't resolved then i will be taking litigation and seeking legal action. Regards Greg

Absolutely awful!! Made a order last Tuesday and still haven’t received it over a week later and I am going on holiday tomorrow which is what the shirt was for!! Emailed them numerous times, even on all there social media accounts and they do not get back to you!! Never experienced such bad customer service in all my life! £40 out of pocket and nothing to show for it! FUMING!

Item received with a small amount of silver paint on the cap which was covered up by a sticker.

Hi Tom - its very unlikely the hat would come into contact with paint. The sticker on this cap is actually made of a foil material. If you are not happy with the cap, please do follow the instructions on our Returns page.

I have emailed Lost Rockstar several times and have not had a response. I am still awaiting my refund postage due to sending the faulty flip flops back. I have also tweeted but again no response!! I!! They have asked me to change my review but would like to show everyone my experience of this company. I have now contacted the financial ombudsman. Previous review: I have emailed Lost Rockstar three times asking what I need to do with regards to sending the flip flops back after breaking within 1 day of wearing them and they have not responded! :-( Today I received a refund for the flip flops but am still awaiting my £3.95 for returning the faulty flip flops! Can you please email me to confirm you have refunded my postage as you are not answering my emails ?!
