Hi Vicki, sorry to hear you're not happy with the quality of the item you purchased. As you mentioned in your email to us, your son has worn the sliders for a week and they have subsequently been damaged on wear. Unfortunately we can't cover this under our returns policy and sorry you feel they are poor quality but rest assured we have had no other complaints around the quality of this item.

Very very bad customer service still have not received my refund on jeans that were returned to there premises on the 3rd May after many emails with no response, I very much doubt I will see my money. I will never use this website again or advise anyone else too. Many other reviews saying the same thing I should have looked at them before going ahead and ordering from here.

My bf bought an item from lost rockstar, he sent them back for a refund as they weren’t right...after several emails, chasing them for confirmation that the item had been received by them, they finally emailed back on 13th June saying that on the 17th May they had refunded him...we’ve checked every single day since the 13th June and no refund! He has sent several more emails since and hasn’t heard anything from them, he has gone onto Twitter today to try and contact them through this and they have blocked him, and now aren’t replying to emails again whe they say they will get back to customer within 48hours! This is a disgusting company!!

Bought some jeans online, nice jeans but didn’t fit so sent them back via the returns policy, still waiting on refund, have sent 5 e mails without a response. No phone number to ring to speak to anyone. Service has been extremely poor based on my experience with this company.

Do not use this store!!! They have taken my money 4 months ago and not posted any of my items (order number 103770). 4 months!! I have contacted them over 20 times and no one replies, I have sent letters but no response. They are scam artists.

I am about as fed up as you can get with this site!! I returned jogging bottoms on March 27th and still no sign of my refund ?? Its a complete joke the item was returned as stated on the website but still nothing.. I have emailed to chase the return up and all I get is a reply of "30 days" I will never buy again !

I bought a pair of non-ripped Nimes jeans for my Son. You guys delivered a pair of ripped. I asked for a refund of the jeans and postage - this was your mistake, not mine. I was refunded £49.99 for the jeans. I was not refunded the £2.99 postage or the £4.45 return cost, which you advised to send recorded delivery. You have cost me £7.44 for a mistake that you made. I have now bought the same jeans directly from the Nimes website for the same price. No Sir, I would not recommend you.

My order for first then I had emailed the company asking them for a refund and they didn't reply to me also I tried ringing the contact number no help there either

Hi Adil - thanks for your feedback. I can see you emailed us on 14/03/18 and we responded the very same day. We have not yet received your return (19/03/18) but once we do rest assured it will be processed in line with our Returns Policy. Thank you.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Shocking customer service. Takes your money and never delivers the products and then blames the customer. Please avoid.

Hi Jacob, I have just checked your order from March 5th and can see the order was dispatched the same day on our standard delivery service as requested. The parcel is showing as delivered on March 8th at 9:55am. I have just checked our customer service helpdesk and cannot see any correspondence from you regarding your order so I am assuming you have mixed us up with another online retailer. Poor customer support , have sent them emails few times no one responded on time. No tracking information about my package. Its been more than one month now , still i haven't received my package. One of the worst decision i have ever made in my life is to shop on your site. Not coming back anymore.

I placed an ordered on 6th Nov for a jacket for my brother's birthday. Unfortunately the jacket arrived with a whole in it which was very disappointing. I needed the jacket asap so i reordered the jacket and arranged to return the damaged one. Their returns policy is appalling for damaged goods. You have to first contact them in advance and send them a picture of the damage goods, then wait for them to confirm they are happy to accept it back before paying to return it. You also only have 14days to return the goods. After sending them an email with the necessary requirements I found out it takes 2 working days to get a response. After not receiving a response for 3 working days I realised I was approaching their 14 day cut off so I contacted them again and posted the goods back. I finally received an unfriendly and blunt reply to say the item will be reviewed within 30 days (!) so I should wait. After 30 days passed I still did not hear anything back so I emailed them again asking for an update. Again i have not got a response nor my refund. I sent a follow up email and still have not got a reply. I am fed up with the lack of communication from this company and will never use them again. It has been over 2 months since I returned the £65 jacket and I still have not received any email communication about my return or refund from them. I will be sending one more email then contacting the ASA if I do not hear back. Avoid this company!!
