Ordered my item over a week ago and paid for express delivery. The item still hasn't arrived and it was for a birthday gift two days ago. The fact that I have received an email to submit a review, but yet no emails in response to the ones I have sent asking what is happening with my purchase is terrible customer service.

Hi Matijevic, This is our standard shipping rate to Germany. You are presented with this price before you checkout and its up to you if you want to accept this or not.We're sorry you feel this is "not ok" - our DPD Europe service is second to none with added value, you have full tracking and the item is with you within 2-3 days. You even receive an SMS with your delivery time slot. However we are sorry you do not find this ok. Regards LR.

I had to return 2 of my items as they were too small so sent them back (whilst keeping the size that fit) which was over 3 weeks and I still haven't had any of my emails replied to other than the generic automatic reply, and I also havent yet received my refund or confirmation when I will receive it. To say that I am frustrated is an understatement. I find it outrageous the length of time it has taken and to be without a reply is far from TCF. The fact there is no phone number to ring only makes matters worse and you wait for an email which seemingly just gets ignored!!

I made an order for a pair of jeans and later got emailed that they were out of stock so asked if i could trade them for a pair of jogging bottoms for the same price £48.99 but they were also out of stock so i asked if they could just refund the money back to my account i then got an email saying that my refund was in process. its been nearly 3 weeks now and still no sign of a refund i have emailed them about 4 times asking where my refund is and they havent replied to a single email. Still waiting for my refund

The jeans were not as advertised and were labelled wrong so they didn't fit and I had to send them back

I paid £12 for next day delivery and did not receive the item the next day, I also messaged about not receiving it and didn't even get a response! Not good

These guys sent me a parcel with items missing and have done nothing about it. I've contacted them and they haven't bothered to reply to me. Very poor customer service and will keep trying to contact, feeling mislead.

I feel upset and treated so badly by your company. The e mails I have received are patronising and rude. I paid nearly £6 for next day delivery for my sons birthday as he loves fashion. 5 days later I'm still waiting. Your customer service sent me the guidance on Royal Mail and just said it wasn't their fault. Now that is not the point! Good customer Service is respectful and sometimes recognising that an apology and a refund of a very small amount can go a very long way. My son spends £100s of pounds on fashion and loves this site for £6 you have lost much more. Disgusted.

Hi, We have not once advised of a fault with Royal Mail. Your order was pulled up for a manual fraud check which goes to our third party providers - once we were alerted to your late delivery, we pushed our provider for the fraud check completion and released your order. Our staff did apologize for the inconvenience and we did also offer you a 20% discount code for your sons next purchase, which holds far more of a recompense value of a £5.99 delivery fee, which you also weren't happy with so it has been very difficult to satisfy your high demands throughout our busiest period of the year.
