I ordered on 31 of May with standard delivery it is now 10th of June and my order still hasn’t arrived and the company has chosen to not communicate with my order

I ordered a Muscle Monkey High Neck Track Top in Burgundy - Small on Friday 3rd May with RM 24hr delivery. I was not in a hurry for this item so when it had not arrived I didn't worry. 10 days had passed and still no package so used the website form to chase it up which stated 48hr response. No reply! I tried again with no reply once more. I saw on their site that they could also be contacted through facebook. I sent a direct message in which an automated reply referred me back to the website. I looked at reviews site and saw that this was a place that they seemed to reply to people's reviews. Not been a good experience. I would just like my item or a refund. Update. Absolutely no response to my issues. Never been ripped off like this by an online retailer before. You are taking a big risk ordering from this company as you can see from the other reviews too. Aviod, you have been warned!!

I made my order with Lost rockstar over a month ago the dispatch email was quick and I expected a prompt delivery. As it still stands over a month later I am still to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails to which initially I had only a Royal Mail tracking number which wasn’t active or working, further emails were sent and ignored and I had a unhelpful and rude reply telling me to take up my grievances with Royal Mail. I have had no assurance from the company with any of the issues and have found the customer service rude and extremely unhelpful to the point where emails have been ignored. I contacted Royal Mail on the 21st May as the online reporting tool didn’t recognise the tracking number to be told it had never been processed into there system by the business user lost rockstar so had never been In their system for delivery. Despite an urgent email request asking for a resolution to this issue I have yet to receive any correspondence from the company despite this clearly been their issue. Overall this is easily the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of using online and would not consider ever using them again would strongly advise people to against using them due to the issues I have highlighted. I am financially out of pocket and don’t foresee the company assisting me in resolving this issue anytime soon.

Ordered a pair of jeans for 1-2 day delivery, 13 days later and still no jeans. Emailed the company 5 times and messaged on Facebook but only got 1 snotty email reply to say they was looking into it. Poor communication and customer service

Hi Ryan Thanks for your review, as we are communicating with you via email we've also stated that Royal Mail are looking into where your order is. When they give us the answer, we will relay this to you also. Unfortunately they offer a 2-3 day communication timescale and emailing us every few hours does not speed the process up at their end. They only sent half of the order. I emailed them as they asked (they hide their phone number) and they ignored me for 2 weeks. I am still trying. AVOID the company. 11/5/19 - Further to your reply to my review. 1. you have ignored about 5 emails. That is rude and very poor customer service. You don't provide any other way of contact. Very poor customer service. 2. you were not standing here when I opened the hoodie package and ONE hoodie dropped out so how you can have "checked this" I don't know. I am still awaiting a refund on ONE hoodie. Still a dreadful company despite your publicly nicey, nicey reply.

Hey Nigel I just checked this and it looks like you ordered two hoodies and thats what we've delivered? We note on your emails you ordered these in error and required the joggers to match the hoodie. Once the additional hoodie is returned to us, and you place and order for the joggers the situation will be resolved. We dont have a call centre as we are online based and use email, facebook etc to communicate. Thanks LR.

Still not received what I have ordered and the company don't give a toss. I am currently trying to go through the correct channels with the citizens advice bureau.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They took my money several weeks ago and I’ve still not received what I actually ordered, after they sent the wrong item and I had to return at my own expense. They ignore all my emails asking for an update or refund. SCAMMERS!

The cap isn’t very good quality and is overpriced When I contacted Lost Rockstar...it took them nearly a month to answer me with a blank statement saying hats were not returnable Not good service at all

Hi, That's correct we cannot accept headwear or swimwear back due to hygiene reasons. We do state this on the website via our terms and conditions page which you must read at checkout and accept to confirm your order. Regards LR.

Should change their name to Lost order or lost money. Never received my order and got no reply from them. If it wasn’t for paypal I would have lost my money as well. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

regarding the response to conor price review why do you feel the need to blame the courier or even worse the customer. looking through your reviews this has happened quite alot your company fail to answer the door for returns but you happily take the money and use every excuse possible not a great way to run a bussiness i will not be shopping on your website again as your customer service is shocking

Over two weeks still the jacket no where to be seen . Paid the money £80. Had to raise a dispute. First order with this company ever Got the jacket after raising the case with PayPal. At least jacket is ok, fur is not exactly it looks in the picture, overall it is acceptable.

ordered this jacket it was too big so returned to lost rockstar by special delivery within the 14 day timescale only to have jacket returned 18 days later as no one from company answered the door to sign for return also never bothered to book a redelivery so royal mail held on to the parcel for 18 days then returned to sender i have now contacted lost rockstar by email at least 8 times with no reply this failed delivery cost me £11 and i still have the jacket which is too big

Hi I would recommend speaking to your courier regarding this issue as this is something we've never seen before. Our Royal Mail deliveries are delivered to us daily without fail. Please double check you have sent to the correct address. We have reached out to you by email. As you have emailed us, with no return item/s at our premesis its been very difficult to understand your issue and without your tracking number impossible to investigate your query. Regards LR.

Hi Ali, I assume you are referring to a refund which was issued to yourself. Your order qualified for free delivery and was subsequently returned to us thus not qualifying for free delivery. This is stated in our terms that a standard 3.99 fee is deducted from the items value. Thanks LR.

Ordered a coat it came and delivery wasn’t too bad but it didn’t fit so we sent it back for a refund I am still waiting over a month to receive my money we sent it the coat back and it was signed as delivered by Mr Watkinson. I have also sent out 3 emails waiting for a response but yet none at all not a happy customer will not be using this website again.

Hello - please be aware returns can take up to 21 days to be processed, and a further 5 working days for your bank to show the funds in your account. Made my order nearly a month ago, still received nothing even after 2 chase emails. Very disappointing, won’t be using them again.
