Still no package after more than a month

If only it was possible to put 0 stars. I have honestly never received such a poor service. I ordered a pair of jeans on the 24th of November. After about a week or so they still hadn’t arrived so I contacted lost rockstar asking if my order had got lost as it hadn’t arrived. I received an email saying your jeans are out of stock, no apology just that I would receive a refund. I received no phone call or email to notify me that this was the case. I was obviously very annoyed. I asked when the refund would be sent and was told 30 working days which is just ridiculous. I received further emails in capital letters trying to pin the blame on myself for their poor service, again still no apology. I emailed asking when the 30 days was from receiving a reply saying 30 days from when to item is received in the warehouse. How can I return an item I never received? I have sent further emails the last one being replied to last Monday asking when the 30 days is from which have just been ignored. Honestly if you have any sense please don’t waste your money on these cow boys. I’ll be very surprised if my refund ever arrives.

Returned my jeans over 6 months ago and still havent been refunded! They have stopped replying to all my emails! £50 stolen! Beware! And i can guarntee they wont reply to this review but will to everyone elses because they know they havent got a clue how to go about this now! Want my refund!! Great way to create brand image im sure this company will last years! Ha

Hi Bethany, You ordered on the 7th December, it left us on the 8th and the tracking shows delivered to you, or a neighbour on the 11th December from the Granthan Delivery Office. If your item was delivered to a neighbour, Royal mail will have left a card at your address to tell you which one it's with. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY! Refused my refund! After email saying they have recieved my returns! Been waiting since march! Have proof of returns through post office (tracking number) been reported to trading standards

Hello, Thank you for your review. I have just checked the DPD tracking on your parcel and it looks like you selected the "change my delivery date" option in flight. You changed your delivery date from Friday 1st December to Monday 4th December, hence why you did not receive next day. Thank you.

Sent a jacket back for a refund and i am now being informed it will take a whole month for them to even open my return before processing it. terrible avoid at all costs

Hi Marion - we have not said that to you at all, I have just reviewed the email thread. We have replied to your email and informed you that your return will be dealt with in the timescales outlined on our returns policy. This is usually 7 days, however we do allow a little longer during busy periods and for any issues or timings that are out of our control, such as the banks processing times.

My package still hasn't arrived and there was no updates on where my package is throughout the delivery process, I have no idea if it's still coming.

Hi, We do send email confirmations to you once your item has been dispatched and on some occasions these may end up in your junk or spam folders. We can see you received your item 4 days after ordering through our standard delivery service over a weekend. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. LR.

Won’t be using rockstar again . Clothing that was sent to me was damaged and completely wrong order (size and wrong t shirt.) simple order completely wrong. very poor customer service as no one emailed me back after making a complaint . I give this a overall rating of 1/10

Bought Jeans. Never had any contact or emails. Jeans still haven't turned up. Emailed them. They're rude. Take days to respond to an email said they'd try find the package then never contacted me again. Asked for a refund 3 times and they still haven't or won't refund me them. Do not use

This is a classic case of a small company giving the impression of being big and reputable, through a decent website and clever online marketing - do not be fooled! I'm guessing that if there are no problems with your order, you will be happy with the service. But god forbid you have any reason to speak to the person (and it IS just one person, not some sort of 'helpdesk' as they may want you to think) to sort out any potential issues. You will be met with attitude, thinly veiled sarcasm, and ultimately no commitment in keeping the customer happy. You can see from the replies to people's negative reviews online the type of thing to expect - and the reviews I have read are all very similar to the issues I have faced. Cant wait to see the reply to this by the way :) Basically I ordered a few sale items, no prior warning of being unable to return if required. As they did not fit, I contacted them to discuss returns arrangements and was pointed in the direction of the small print of their returns page. Not happy, I was then told I could return the items for store credit - which I did. I then had to chase multiple times to be told returns can take 30 days to process. Upon raising a concern 4 weeks later through paypal, I was told an imaginary email had been sent a week earlier with a discount code - funny, as I had an email referring to the 30 day process AFTER the date they said they had sent email. Hmmmm. So I purchased more items and spent even more on top of the discounted amount, and was told by them I would need to close the dispute on paypal, or they would not send the items I had paid for. HOW DODGY IS THAT?? Anyone with a basic understanding of paypal would know that you should never close a dispute until resolved - and how could it be seen as resolved WITHOUT receiving my items?? - and there is no risk to the vendor as they can verify that items are sent with tracking numbers etc. When I questioned this I was told 'sort it out with paypal then', and basically left to rot with the dispute system on paypal - no further contact from the seller. As I said, this is just someone probably selling clothes out of their garage, using clever online marketing to give an impression of being a decent reliable company - please avoid unless you are confident everything will be perfect with your order

Delivery of items was quick and items were as ordered. However. The item did not fit so I had to return it. Lost Rockstars terms and conditions state "allow 30 days for a refund". I had to chase lost Rockstar on day 31 as I still had not received a refund. For me this 30 days is ridiculous and having to chase is even worse. Left me thinking that they would not pay unless you chased them. Wont be shopping with them again.

Hi We are aware of your issue and the reason for the delay was because the formal shirt you returned screwed up in a ball and deemed beyond re-saleable condition - actually requiring a steam iron to get it back to original condition. However as a good will gesture to yourself, the shirt was refunded in full. We do ask that items are returned in re-saleable condition and politely ask that they are folded. Dpd delivered my parcel no one was at home at the time it was left in porch and looks like somebody must of taken it...spoke to both yourself and dpd and basically said caring do nothing I'm 400 pound down now because I've had to rebuy items as they was for holiday

Hi Adam, We have communicated with you by email and we have provided you with a copy of the signature obtained by the DPD driver for your consignment. When selecting DPD's in flight option of "leave in safe place" this does place the onus and liability for the parcel on yourself. The DPD investigation is on going and we will of course communicate their findings with you by the email thread we currently have ongoing. Regards LR.

Only received a few items. After over a week I've emailed with my address and my details to ask where the rest is. Then a short reply saying ORDER NUMBER. Sent the order number andbut no reply. Different warehouse should send at the same time Hope to receive the rest this week if possible

Hi Matt, I can see you emailed us back on Saturday - not typically on our working day but never the less we have replied to you. It's correct we do have two warehouses such is the size of our operation at the moment. I've tracked your second parcel and it will be with you this week. We do have other delivery options such as DPD Next Working Day options which arrive the next working day should you require item/s more quickly. Regards LR.

Hi Charlie We have communicated to you via Email regarding your order. Royal Mail attempted delivery and its waiting at your local sorting office. Usually they hold the item for 10-14 days before returning to sender. Please follow the instructions on the "while you were out" card which they left at your delivery address. Thanks LR.

Bought a handful of clothes from lost rockstar back in November. Kept half sent the other half back as they weren’t the best fit. To this day after numerous emails trying to find out what has happened to my refund I am yet to hear any response and heavily out of pocket. Would not order from these again.

One of the items didn't suit me, so I went to return it but then discovered you can't return sale items; apparently it's in the t&c's but very few people realistically read those. If not being able to return sale items was made clearer, I would have changed my order. Due to the bad experience, I have lost £30, and I do not plan on shopping at Lost Rockstar again.
