“after number of emails sent and it taking 3 weeks for my money back, I finally got a reply and my return is being processed finally! Good place to order as do good quality clothes, just poor communication, and very slow on money back.”

Hi Atlanta, We did email you back via your support request - which was made over a weekend - we do say allow 48 hours (Mon-Fri) for a response. Nevertheless, your refund has been processed within our guideline timescales. “I ordered some jeans and tops. The jeans were crazy tight so swapped them out for some others. LR were ace about it, they didn't mind at all and sorted it all within a couple of days. Deffo be back every payday! Keep up the good work”

Hi Thanks for your review. When you checkout, you have the option to select FREE DELIVERY among the delivery options if your order is over £50. If you do not choose the free option, you will not benefit from FREE DELIVERY. You selected our standard service on your order, which is exactly how we sent your parcel. Regards LR.
