“Wasn't right happy, first order ever, and I received the totally wrong item to what I ordered, I ordered some denim shorts n got the jeans instead. Not very good to say it was my first order.”

Thanks for your review and once again apologies for the mis-shipped item. We do obviously have procedures in place for this and after alerting us to this via email you have now received the correct item and a £10 credit to your account for the mistake. Regards LR.

“Ordered my item over a week ago and paid for express delivery. The item still hasn't arrived and it was for a birthday gift two days ago. The fact that I have received an email to submit a review, but yet no emails in response to the ones I have sent asking what is happening with my purchase is terrible customer service.”

You are presented with this price before you checkout and its up to you if you want to accept this or not.We're sorry you feel this is "not ok" - our DPD Europe service is second to none with added value, you have full tracking and the item is with you within 2-3 days. Hi As we explained via the email thread you had with us. You have seen the material content as 96% Cotton and 4% Elastine on ANOTHER website. We do not display the material content on our website for the particular jeans you purchased as more often than not the material may change from sample to production. The material content displayed on the other website is incorrect. This is not at our fault and you were sent the exact pair of jeans you ordered. We understand you are not happy with the jeans and have returned them. They will be handled under our Returns Policy. Regards LR.
