Still waiting on second item of an order which was communicated as coming from a differing warehouse. Been 6 days now although to be fair the first item did arrive promptly. Am aware NI deliveries are 2 to 4 working days but it's in excess of that now. Maybe Monday

Hi, We can now see that you have received this item. As you are aware we sometimes need to ship items from our multiple warehouses and its unfortunate that the weekend got in the way and one arrived Friday, the other on the Monday. Recived the items quickly but I needed to return them as they didn't fit. Typed in lostrockstar returns and a link came up to there website saying Royal Mail returns delivery. I've bought two and apparently they are useless. I've misinterpreted what returns delivery means, as I thought it would be a returns package of pick up service to take my clothes back. All I've asked for is a refund and you would not believe how rude and unhelpful the customer service has been. They completely ignore the questions I've asked and ask me to go back to the returns policy on the website. In the end they were so blunt. This was my 8th email after getting no where Are you actually joking. Am I emailing the same person or different people each time? Please look at the previous emails and tell me what I have purchased. You've completely ignored the questions I've asked each time and this Is become frustrating. I've spent £8 on items 73706 and 73702 but what are they???? I have not received anything for them items I've paid for so I'd like a REFUND. I thought they were returns postage which is what it says on your website https://www.lostrockstar.co.uk/product/return-postage-standard/ Im obviously mistaken because you have no idea what your selling on your own website. If this would have been explained to me properly the first time I'd emailed then the returned clothes would have been on there way. I'll send the clothes back today and you'll receive them next week which should be within the 14 days return but if there not I'd appreciate a refund even if I'm a few days over considering the terrible customer service. In response I recived this The item you have purchased is not return postage. Why would you buy return postage from us? Nowhere in our returns policy does it say to do this. So I've made a mistake and bought something I should and they were responding to my emails quickly. I asked for a refund after this email and have heard nothing. The refund is £8 but it's the way they handled the situation I'm the customer. Never have I sent so many emails with replies such bad replays from a customer service team.

One of the items didn't suit me, so I went to return it but then discovered you can't return sale items; apparently it's in the t&c's but very few people realistically read those. If not being able to return sale items was made clearer, I would have changed my order. Due to the bad experience, I have lost £30, and I do not plan on shopping at Lost Rockstar again.

I use lostrockstar all the time as it has all the clothing I'm interested in and the delivery is the fastest I've experienced can always rely on it best menswear site there is

Great products which not only look the part but also good quality. Only downside to my recent order was that one of my items was sent in the wrong size and I'm off to Ibiza tomorrow so won't be having a replacement sent in time.
