Advertised free delivery. Didn't get it. Contacted them and said I should have selected free delivery at checkout....there wasn't an option. Told them this and said I'm sure they could do a refund. Never heard from them again. Poor show. Product was fine tho.

Hi It's correct we do offer free UK delivery when you spend £50+ but you must select this option from the checkout page. We cannot retrospectively modify orders after they have been placed. Thanks LR.

This is a classic case of a small company giving the impression of being big and reputable, through a decent website and clever online marketing - do not be fooled! I'm guessing that if there are no problems with your order, you will be happy with the service. But god forbid you have any reason to speak to the person (and it IS just one person, not some sort of 'helpdesk' as they may want you to think) to sort out any potential issues. You will be met with attitude, thinly veiled sarcasm, and ultimately no commitment in keeping the customer happy. You can see from the replies to people's negative reviews online the type of thing to expect - and the reviews I have read are all very similar to the issues I have faced. Cant wait to see the reply to this by the way :) Basically I ordered a few sale items, no prior warning of being unable to return if required. As they did not fit, I contacted them to discuss returns arrangements and was pointed in the direction of the small print of their returns page. Not happy, I was then told I could return the items for store credit - which I did. I then had to chase multiple times to be told returns can take 30 days to process. Upon raising a concern 4 weeks later through paypal, I was told an imaginary email had been sent a week earlier with a discount code - funny, as I had an email referring to the 30 day process AFTER the date they said they had sent email. Hmmmm. So I purchased more items and spent even more on top of the discounted amount, and was told by them I would need to close the dispute on paypal, or they would not send the items I had paid for. HOW DODGY IS THAT?? Anyone with a basic understanding of paypal would know that you should never close a dispute until resolved - and how could it be seen as resolved WITHOUT receiving my items?? - and there is no risk to the vendor as they can verify that items are sent with tracking numbers etc. When I questioned this I was told 'sort it out with paypal then', and basically left to rot with the dispute system on paypal - no further contact from the seller. As I said, this is just someone probably selling clothes out of their garage, using clever online marketing to give an impression of being a decent reliable company - please avoid unless you are confident everything will be perfect with your order

Delivery of items was quick and items were as ordered. However. The item did not fit so I had to return it. Lost Rockstars terms and conditions state "allow 30 days for a refund". I had to chase lost Rockstar on day 31 as I still had not received a refund. For me this 30 days is ridiculous and having to chase is even worse. Left me thinking that they would not pay unless you chased them. Wont be shopping with them again.

Hi We are aware of your issue and the reason for the delay was because the formal shirt you returned screwed up in a ball and deemed beyond re-saleable condition - actually requiring a steam iron to get it back to original condition. However as a good will gesture to yourself, the shirt was refunded in full. We do ask that items are returned in re-saleable condition and politely ask that they are folded. I ordered my item on august the 8th or the 7th, I still haven't received my item, I emailed them on that Saturday the 12th and they hadn't replied to me still by Tuesday, I finally got response after having to send multiple spamming emails, I rang dpd as that's where I first got the text to say my item was to be delivered on the 10th, on that same day they text me back saying they hadn't received the item, so I rang on Tuesday the 14th dpd you said that they had a message from lost rockstar but hadn't received the item, in actual fact lost rockstar only dispatched my item yesterday even though they emailed on Wednesday saying it had been dispatched. Overall this was my first order and I am very disappointed

Hi Coucou, As we discussed via the email you sent in to us, you did not select DPD next day as your chosen delivery method, you chose our free standard Royal Mail service which has an estimated delivery time of 5 working days. We have provided you with your tracking number which you can use on the Royal Mail website to keep a track on your delivery. My purchase arrived very quickly , communications from rockstar were fantastic throughout the purchase/delivery stages and the product were of great quality and amazing price. I have one very happy son!. I will definitely be ordering again and will 100% be recommending them to friends and family.

The purchase was made for my son, who was extremely happy with the goods. I was a bit disappointed to not of received the 10% discount that is advertised after signing up for newsletter and also £1off if you like Facebook page. But overall happy that the item arrived after paying for next day delivery too. Thank you
