“I had to return 2 of my items as they were too small so sent them back (whilst keeping the size that fit) which was over 3 weeks and I still haven't had any of my emails replied to other than the generic automatic reply, and I also havent yet received my refund or confirmation when I will receive it. To say that I am frustrated is an understatement. I find it outrageous the length of time it has taken and to be without a reply is far from TCF. The fact there is no phone number to ring only makes matters worse and you wait for an email which seemingly just gets ignored!!”

“Ordered a cap & didn't arrive, I thought it was the company that didn't dispatch the item, turned out Royal Mail messed up by delivering it to the complete wrong street & someone also signed it to say it was me but it wasnt! Sorry to lost rockstar for the inconvenience.”

Hi Tom, Thank you for your comments. Looking into this issue for you, the parcel was signed for on 29/3/17 by "Hughes" at 1.14pm at the address given to us by yourself when you palced the order. We have replied to your email/s with the parcel tracking number and a proof of delivery. Regards LR.

“I made an order for a pair of jeans and later got emailed that they were out of stock so asked if i could trade them for a pair of jogging bottoms for the same price £48.99 but they were also out of stock so i asked if they could just refund the money back to my account i then got an email saying that my refund was in process. its been nearly 3 weeks now and still no sign of a refund i have emailed them about 4 times asking where my refund is and they havent replied to a single email. Still waiting for my refund”

“Been ordering from lost rockstar for quite some time now, why? Because they always stock the latest brands and styles, their customer service is the best in the business, always polite, friendly and most importantly always reply and try to help you with any concerns you have I.e (sizing etc). In terms of delivery it's always rapid, everything is always despatched straight away and there's different delivery options to suit everbodys needs. Anybody into their fashion get yourself on lost rockstar, you won't go anywhere else after, keep up the good work, as always, very statsfied with your service 🔥”
