“I ordered a Jacket on the 25/10/2018, i ordered it before 4pm ( actually around 11am) for next day delivery as I was travelling the night of the 26/10/2018. The order was not delivered to mine until the morning of the 27/10/2018, I am happy with the item, but i emailed Lost Rockstar asking for a refund on the next day delivery fee which i think they have ignored..... order number:”

Hello, We've emailed you regarding this order - please check your junk and spam. Unfortunately no one was able to take the delivery the "next" day so delivery was reattempted the following day. Regards LR.

“Hiya lost rockstar After purchasing my item and realised the zip on my jacket was faulty and sent it back recorded delivery I’m still waiting on my refund so I can purchase the same item (coat). I will leave my review once my matter is resolved. Thanks A Khan”

“Ordered a coat it came and delivery wasn’t too bad but it didn’t fit so we sent it back for a refund I am still waiting over a month to receive my money we sent it the coat back and it was signed as delivered by Mr Watkinson. I have also sent out 3 emails waiting for a response but yet none at all not a happy customer will not be using this website again.”
