“Ordered an item to be collected at crystal peaks store Sheffield. Had to pick a date and time to pick it up, ridiculous. Went to pick it up and was told because I couldn't find my order number on my phone the assistant told me I couldn't get it has she needed the order. Went back 2 days later with order number where the assistant just asked me my name and didn't need order number. Why couldn't the first assistant do that. Ordered a medium but would fit an xxl size lady so disappointed with the service.”

“Breach of return policy and terrible customer service
I tried to return 2 new items, at the Portishead Branch Wednesday 18 May 2022 in the afternoon, that had not been worn and complied with the return policy, and was told that I couldn't get a refund, which is a clear breach of consumer regulations. The manager there wasn't helpful at all and very dismissive. Will not shop there or Newlook again and will advise friends and family to stay away from this shop and Newlook in general for their shady selling tactics and unclear return policies which they seem to arbitrarily change when they want. Terrible service.”

“I purchased an item yesterday. Due to the fitting room being unavailable at the time, I wasn't able to try the item on. On returning home, I found the item did not fit. I have just tried to exchange it in store today. Apparently, the policy has now changed. I could not receive a refund, or credit. I tried to find something else in store without success. My options are now to buy something for the sake of buying it, or hold onto the item for 28 days in the hope I'll see something else to purchase. Shocking policy!”
“I ordered some items from new look on November 2021 and they didn’t arrive. I waited for a month a half an decided to cancel my order as they were Christmas gifts that clearly wouldn’t arrive on time or at all. They proceeded to do the refund and all good. I decided to give it another go and do an order for march 2022 but it’s been a month and nothing has arrived either. I proceeded to contact new look through WhatsApp and I got the refund but a horrible response saying they aren’t able to provide a tracking number and that next time it’s at “my own risk” to order for things…
Quite frankly I’ve never had issues with my order as they’ve always come through and I genuinely love their clothes. Now, I’m giving a response that if my package doesn’t arrive is my problem alluding I’m just asking for refunds for fun.
Honestly, very disappointed for their customer service and overall delivery.
I’m never ordering from here again and would t recommend it to anyone either since they just won’t take responsibility for their lack of tracking system.

“I went to Arnison Centre, Durham for a dress I had seen on line. I showed the girl a picture of it, unfortunately it wasn't in stock but the girl looked to see which store had stock she rang them to confirm they had the dress and asked them to put it to one side. I then drove to the Team Valley and got the dress. I am delighted. The staff at both branches were lovely and so helpful. Lovely girls.

I had to return a jacket which had a rip whilst on holiday in Blackpool and she went above and beyond to help me. As I was going home the following day she ordered one for me to be sent to my Local New Look store.
