I went to Arnison Centre, Durham for a dress I had seen on line. I showed the girl a picture of it, unfortunately it wasn't in stock but the girl looked to see which store had stock she rang them to confirm they had the dress and asked them to put it to one side. I then drove to the Team Valley and got the dress. I am delighted. The staff at both branches were lovely and so helpful. Lovely girls. STARS 🌟🌟OF THE WEEK, BOTH OF THEM

Customer service is shocking. I returned an order and they credited part of it. They left out one item but all items were in the same parcel. No way to get in touch. Had a response asking for more information which I provided over a week ago. Have emailed again, tried chat and messenger - no response.

I bought a pair of shoes in the fosse park store in Leicester. All the staff were so helpful. I was served by Lesley Karen, she was super polite and helpful. Please make sure this store and Lesley get the praise they deserve

Visited New Look 22/02/22 wanted another Apricot top, unfortunately there were none left, a lovely helpful staff member named Olivier assisted me in trying to locate one & in the end even went on New Looks own site , to no avail. I want to say a big thank you Olivier , I really appreciated you spending the extra time & effort with your customer friendly approach. I wish you well & good luck for the future. Thank you again.

I wanted to say that I had excellent Customer Service in your Clevely’s Branch. The girl was so helpful! I had to return a jacket which had a rip whilst on holiday in Blackpool and she went above and beyond to help me. As I was going home the following day she ordered one for me to be sent to my Local New Look store. I didn’t get her name but I was so impressed with her helpfulness and would like to say I collected it in Clydebank as she had arranged for me! Excellent Customer Service. Thank you so much.

Customer service is awful I ordered on line on 26th January my order did not arrive. There is no telephone number to contact and there chat services is hopeless e-mail is no better!! Today I have been my refund will take 3-5days they held on to my money from the 28th January I will not be using new look again

I am fat and new look has AMAZING! Clothes. I am finally not embarassed to wear them. They are really good. Quality might be a bit better. But the clothes are pretty

Cashier Abdirahman charged extra couple of pounds for the hoodie. 06.01.22 I have a feeling it was made intentionally as he was holding the receipt till the very last minute.

My order was never delivered as the address was not clear from the sender according to courier. I Had to email customer service as no number avaliable I asked for them to resend the parcel as soon as possible. Instead they thought to refund me instead as that was easier for them and send me a next day delivery code to reorder. Must be joking! I work in customer service myself and this was a very lazy way of managing an issue.

Absolutely ridiculous, queued for half an hour as only two people on the tills to return an item. I was told I needed to show them my proof of purchase which I showed them via email - I was then told I need to show them bank statements to verify the transaction despite this. If this is company policy it is appalling - I will not be buying anything from the store in the future. To be also be meg by a shop assistant who rolled her eyes and laughed is disgraceful.

Wow, still no refund or acknowledgement that my returns have been received despite the proof of delivering showing they received them back on 17th November. I’m getting so fed up with this company, as firstly they didn’t provide next day delivery when I paid for it, and now this. Do you actually have any staff working at New Look to process these things or do you do it to alienate your customers?! Either way it’s disgusting.

I can't speak highly enough of both Abbey and Kai in the Woking store. Yesterday I returned a dress with a fault, which I only noticed when I was actually in the theatre! I called into the shop, explained the problem, it was solved very efficiently , with care and understanding. As someone recovering from cancer surgery, the new dress made me feel really good, it was wonderful to feel important and valued as a customer. Thank you both very much!
