“I visited New Look in trostre, Llanelli yesterday,I was looking for a evening outfit,I was helped by a lovely young lady because I was struggling choosing a outfit! It made my visit so much easier because I was really stressing out! Lovely helpful staff who are there to help if you need them.”

“I bought a pair of trousers from my local store and they were on the sale rail. When I got to cash desk, girl said they were new in so full price. Ok. When I got home, checked on line and they are 40% off. Robbery. Customer Care is non existent. No phone number, just chat, which is usually unavailable. Avoid,avoid,avoid.”

“Beware all buyers. If you buy online and decide to return items to a store for a refund you won't get it. I was shocked yesterday to be given a gift card. It should show on your invoice how you paid so you can have the payment return back to your payment card. I was forced to buy items from the shop that I didn't really want. Beware when buying online 😳😬😳. Plus the clothes I returned were way to small for normal sizes. Seem to be catering for 16 year olds.”

“Padded bra's for 9 year olds, are you for real. Despicable company who are normalizing sexualising our children. I will never buy clothes for my kids from here ever again. Boycott this company and their attempts to advocate paedophilia.”

“My parcel was stolen by the postman. Royal Mail immediately issued a case, apologised and asked that I let New Look know. 13 days later, New Look still has not re dispatched the items … instead I get the joy of a daily email apologising for the delay and asking me if the neighbours might have taken the parcel. Last time I order from them.”

“I went in to your newlook shop in team valley gateshead on 1/4/2021 as had wanted to order a top from newlook but realised my old card mumber was on I asked a young lady SARAH M if she could explain how to change it she then did it for me then took me to counter and ordered it for me nothing was a problem to her I credit to shop and company all staff are lovely but SARAH give that little bit more especially in these times thank you”

“My experience with "New Look" is positive. I like the new collection and the design of the clothes, you can change many looks by mixing and matching. Prices are affordable for everything and you can always find promotion in store and online. I would describe recommend New look😊.”

“It's a fast fashion brand, but the quality is way better than Boohoo( just for comparison), while prices are only slightly higher, though you can buy reallly cheap if items are on sale. Customer service takes a lot of wait and patience, as they may take several days to reply, but you just have to hold on, since they'll reply, in a kind manner, being super helpful. The style isn't as edgy as Boohoo, if you're looking for a mini bodycon dress, with a plunge neck you won´t find it in New Look.”

“Sent the wrong sized jeans on multiple orders. Despite correct sizing shown on all recipets. Really annoying as cannot go into shop to rectify and no point continuing to order as i doubt they will ever manage to send the right ones!”

“Aucune communication. Zéro. J’ai passé ma commande il y a 3 semaines et ne l’ai toujours pas reçue alors que cela aurait dû être le cas 5 jours ouvrés après le passage de la commande. Pas d’infos de suivi, d’après la Poste ils attendent toujours que le colis leur soit transmis par l’expéditeur. Est-ce vrai, ou est-ce un problème de scanning à la Poste? Qui sait... Des retards peuvent arriver, soit. Travaillant moi-même au service client d’une marque internationale, je côtoie tous les jours 3-4 transporteurs différents donc je connais bien le problème, c’est clair. Mais outre le manque de communication du transporteur, celui de New Look est vraiment inacceptable. J’ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails, j’ai aussi tenté Twitter, mais dans les deux cas je ne reçois depuis deux semaines que des réponses automatiques me disant que ma demande serait bientôt traitée, qu’ils sont très occupés. Donc je poireaute. Des jours et des jours, sans colis, sans nouvelles de personne, que dalle. Impossible de trouver un numéro de téléphone pour les contacter directement, bien sûr... Je perds mon temps à essayer de trouver des nouvelles idées pour ENFIN avoir une réponse d’un humain avec plus d’informations sur la livraison de ma commande, sans succès. Vu le prix des articles (et des frais de port!!!), on s’attend quand même à un meilleur service. Sachant que c’est mon métier, pour que j’en arrive à perdre patience avec un service client et à leur laisser des avis négatifs publics, c’est qu’il y a un GROS problème parce que j’ai du coup beaucoup de respect et de patience pour les gens pratiquant cette profession. Ca m’attriste un peu de faire ça, c’est d’ailleurs la première fois de ma vie que j’en arrive là, mais à un moment faut arrêter. C’est vraiment inconcevable de laisser les gens comme ça sans nouvelles pendant aussi longtemps. C’est une honte – faites votre boulot svp! Commande HY319397711. Merci de faire le nécessaire.”
