When I got home, checked on line and they are 40% off. Robbery. Customer Care is non existent. No phone number, just chat, which is usually unavailable. Avoid,avoid,avoid.”
“Beware all buyers. If you buy online and decide to return items to a store for a refund you won't get it. I was shocked yesterday to be given a gift card. It should show on your invoice how you paid so you can have the payment return back to your payment card. I was forced to buy items from the shop that I didn't really want. Beware when buying online 😳😬😳. Plus the clothes I returned were way to small for normal sizes. Seem to be catering for 16 year olds.”

13 days later, New Look still has not re dispatched the items … instead I get the joy of a daily email apologising for the delay and asking me if the neighbours might have taken the parcel.

“It's a fast fashion brand, but the quality is way better than Boohoo( just for comparison), while prices are only slightly higher, though you can buy reallly cheap if items are on sale.
Customer service takes a lot of wait and patience, as they may take several days to reply, but you just have to hold on, since they'll reply, in a kind manner, being super helpful.
The style isn't as edgy as Boohoo, if you're looking for a mini bodycon dress, with a plunge neck you won´t find it in New Look.”

“Before the third UK lockdown, I had ordered multiple items of clothing from the New Look website. This is the first time I have ordered from their online store, so I was hoping for a good experience. When I had already selected and paid for the items, waiting for it to be ready to collect, the lockdown was put into place. After a bit, I decided I should just get a refund for my order instead of waiting for months just for some clothes. I emailed New Look, only to never receive a reply. I ended up emailing them again after waiting. I never got a response to that email either. I searched online for a customer service line, only to find that they didn’t even have one. But I did find that they had a number I could message. So of course, I messaged them, explaining the situation. All I got was the automatic response. After a long period of waiting, I never ended up getting an actual response back. I then emailed them a third time. I have yet to receive a reply.”
